Victoria Beckham is making good on her promise to model for Project Runway winner Christian Siriano.The Spice Girls singer and fashion queen told the 21-year-old designer she was a big fan when she judged the recent finale of the hit reality television show, which is hosted by her friend Heidi Klum.
