BOY GEORGE DENIES ESCORT CHARGES

Culture Club singer Boy George has pleaded not guilty to charges of false imprisonment following accusations from a male escort.The singer, real name George O’Dowd, is accused of chaining Norwegian man Audun Carlsen to a wall at his home in Hackney, East London. The pop singer also faces assault charges relating to the alleged incident that happened last April. But at a court appearance in London today, O’Dowd denied the allegations.He has been released on bail and his trial is set to take place at Snaresbrook Crown Court in November.
