Talk show legend and friend Jerry Springer rehearsed for his dancing debut on the hit series "Dancing With The Stars" premiering on September 12. Kym Johson, Jerry's fantastic dance partner, is last years winner of the Australian version of Dancing with the Stars" . Here she helps Jerry get in shape for the hot dance show in Chicago.

I said to all my friends in the media on day "one" that John Mark Karr did not murder JonBonet Ramsey. I told them who It most likely was.

His Initials are CW.

Now kiddies, this guy was a suspect from the start. He was also suspected of the murder of a supermarket checkout woman. Now, I can understand being a suspect in one murder, (it happens to all of us...right? ), but to be a suspect in two? I knew CW for 5 weeks. He was from Boulder Colo. He came to NYC with top references. He was my roomate. He dressed in all black to roam Central Park at 3am. Black Shoes, pants, hat, glasses. If I had a problem with him as a roomate, he told me to call his lawyer. Refused to discuss anything. He went out one night and I went to get the dishes in his room. He had bookmarks in his books. Little notes on little boys and girls. I finally had it, I told him to get out. He told me to call his lawyer. His lawyer told me he would be out in a week. The week passed and he refused to leave. I called his lawyer and told him he better be out by 5pm or I was calling the NY Post's Page Six with everything I knew. He Left. Last I heard he was being evicted from an apartment in Brooklyn, then one in LA.

When is someone going to listen? !

BOUNTY HUNTER DUANE "DOG" CHAPMAN WEDS LONGTIME GIRLFRIEND BETH SMITH

Everyone's favorite Bounty Hunter, Duane "DOG" Chapman wed his longtime companion Beth at a lavish ceremony held at Hilton's Waikoloa Resort, in Hawaii. Attended by Dog & Beth's longtime friends and luminaries from around the nation, celebrities included NBC's beautiful Rita Cosby and her marvelous producer/composer companion Tomaczek Bednarek, who performed a song especially written for the newlyweds. The Broadcast was yet another ratings winner for A&E Network, but was impacted by profound sadness for the couple, when it was later learned that DOG's daughter Barbara, had passed away in a tragic car accident the day before in Alaska. The Chapman's are a class act. I had dinner recently with the entire clan in NYC and had a great time talking to Beth at dinner, and “her man” Dog outside the restaurant where it seemed we spent alot of time sharing “street stories” and a few smokes. Later I hit the town with Dog's son Leland and brother Tim, and all I can say is that I showed them the Big Apple like they'd never seen before.

DAMON JOHNSON: THE NEW KID ON THE BLOCK !

For the past year I have been catching up and coming artist Damon Johnson's art shows around NYC. Recently I showed up in Chelsea with friends Soprano star Joe Gannascoli and Snapple Lady and Celebrity Fit Club guru Wendy Kaufman, to catch some of Damon's work.Now first of all, I can't stand art shows. They bore me to no end and all they serve is white wine and it always runs out. But considering Damon is the son of Page Six icon Richard Johnson, I had to see for myself. I grabbed my celebrity friends and off we went to see his show, and I was really surprised that this kid really has talent. Damon's work is a cross between Peter Max and Andy Warhol, but painted with the energy of youth like I used to have when I chased my first celebrity. His colors and pop-art images grab you as you glide through the gallery. When you talk to Damon, he's not concerned with the photographers and writers that are there to look at his work. He's not concerned about working the room for important people. In fact, I don't think he wants to be there at all, but he know's to be an artist, people have to see his art.
He wants to paint. That's it. Plain and simple. Every time I see this talented artist he tells me he wants to get back to his studio and paint. It's like he has a million ideas in his head ready to explode on canvas. The energy he has is wild, the excitement he has when he talks about his work is amazing. So you better get to one of Damon's art shows now and buy a piece of his work, because in a few years you won't even be able to afford it!

STOP THE SIDEWALK VENDORS NOW !

The sidewalk vendors set up shop on 43rd street

Its time to crack down on the sidewalk vendors. They block the sidewalks making a dangerous problem for us trying to get around Times Square. It's enough that we have millions of visitors in our city daily, but to have the sidewalks blocked with vendors selling everything from pocketbooks, watches and counterfeit DVD'S all under the eye's of the NY Police Department. There is no more room in Times Square. There is no where to walk as it is. We walk in the gutter (that's what we here in NYC call walking on the side of the street) and risk getting mowed down by cars, trucks etc. Removing these vendors, most of them unlicensed, will give us a little more room to get around an already over crowded city. It's time for the city to realize thousands of people live in Times Square with millions more working here and visiting here.

Give us a break!

Last night I went to Langans for a farewell party for Page Six's gossip Guru Chris Wilson who is leaving to become an editor of Maxim Magazine, the slick Men's mag. I am sure with all his contacts from working at the famed NY Post, he will make the magazine top notch. All his Buddy's showed up at Langans like Page Six Editor, the one and only Richard Johnson, super writers Steve Couzo and Braden Keil. We wish all the best to Chris!

A while back, I showed up at the Extell building under construction on west 42 street for a cocktail party. Yes kiddies, we throw parties in NYC in buildings that are being built and we serve alcohol! Anyway, Hunter showed up in a hard hat, and was terrified of being so high up in a building that was not even complete. I finally got her to pose for one pic, but I was more terrified the booze was running out!

I got an e-mail the other day from reality star Johnathan Baker and wife playmate Victoria Fuller telling me they are expecting!
Congratulations! If any couple deserves the best, it's these two. I recently hung out with them in NYC where I took them to the hit Sirius radio show, "Derek And Romaine", starring Derek Hartley and Romaine Patterson, then took them to another NYC hit SCORES! Was a wild time and all I can say, is I can't wait for them to get back to take them to some more hot spots.

The hit show on A&E that media type's thought would not make it, has turned into a cult sensation with ratings skyrocketing. Dog The Bounty Hunter, aka Duane Chapman along with his wife Beth and son Leland and always calm brother Tim, has turned into a goldmine for the cable network. They estimate the wedding episode had close to 8 million viewers, not counting the several times the show was repeated, making the Bounty Hunter Franchise a hit with the heads of the network and Dog reported to have received a raise to 100 thousand a episode. I have to admit, even though they are friends of mine, I love the show. This year the show is showing more of Dogs family and they brought in Duane Jr, Dogs first son to star with them in the hit show. As always, Beth keeps everything together and a capture of a fugitive always brings the Dogs famous speech of redemption that gives the viewer both hope and sadness. Sadness that there are people out there with so many problems, sadness that so many people are gripped by drugs and alcohol, that nothing else matters. Dog looks them in the eyes and gives them their last look at hope and respect. Dog told me he always knew he would be on TV and would help people. He said, he always knew it even when he was in jail. He knew his destiny, and that was to help people and give them hope, to show them the higher power!

MSNBC'S Own Rita Cosby threw a gala birthday surprise bash for her beau Tomaczek Bednarek recently at New York's famed Pink Elephant nightclub. We lured him there telling him he was being hired to perform for a famous publicist's birthday and he showed up with guitar, amps and ready to put on a show. He still didn't get it when he walked in with friend Ian Miller of imillerinternational.com and people started taking his pic. He thought the birthday boy was behind him and he was in the way. When he realized the surprise was for him, he still insisted on performing a show to standing ovations. Many thanks once again to Mike Weiss and Claire O'Connor for their help and support and big kisses to Lee Blumer from Crobar-Pink Elephant who worked so hard to make this party 5 stars!

I keep reading about Brandon Davis, the rich heir to the Marvin Davis oil fortune. I keep reading about him partying too much and in and out of rehab. I keep reading about his fight with Lindsay Lohan (Hell I fight with her too) and his late nights in the clubs. I saw him a few months ago very cozy with an older woman, Drew Barrymore's mother, Jaid! He's rich, good looking and has a substance problem. Why is anybody writing about this guy? And better yet, Why Am I?

Former sex symbol Bo Derek will be hosting a new show on AMC called "The Hollywood Fashion Machine", followed by a trend setting film that defines fashion for the era of the film. Having seen Bo Derek a short time back at Niki nightclub in Manhattan, I can attest she still looks great as you can see from the pics above. Only problem, shes not too friendly. Doesn't she know Im a 10? Or could it be she just hates me!

Got a quick phone call from my friend NYC commissioner Brian Anderson asking me to photograph Jerry Stiller and Anne Merra at the NY Historical Society on Central Park West. They were a riot. Loved how they joked with me while I shot the pictures of them posing with the treasures of the museum. I was on the floor when Anne was talking about a mutual celebrity friend's "Golden Husband" She said," Doesn't she know he's gay?" Anne was getting over a cold and Jerry was trying not to catch it! I was just happy to be with some old time celebrities who had class, not like the new breed of no-talent losers.

Geraldo is back, this time in syndication with his show "Geraldo At Large" . The award winning FOX newsman digs into the hottest stories of the day and sometimes the greatest stories of yesterday. I really liked the segment from years ago when Geraldo smoked a joint and he admitted he inhaled. I've known Geraldo for over 20 years and he really is a nice guy. We had dinner a while back with his lovely wife Erica. I told them some wild things. While others looked at me in shock, and couldn't wait to sliver under the table, Geraldo just looked at me and said, "Gee I didn't know that, who would know". He's seen it all. Recently my friend and radio shock jock (He hates being called this) Mancow Eric Muller, was a guest and after the show we all went to Langans for some pints of beer and many laughs. So tune into Geraldo Monday-Friday on Fox 5 in NYC at 6:30pm, check your local listings elsewhere.

Are they NUTS? The hottest show in the country Mancows Morning Madhouse was canceled last month by top brass at Q101 in Chicago. They claim they want to change the morning format to fit other shows on the station. Looking at the stations revenue of 16-18 million dollars, with Mancows franchise bringing in about half of that, are they on something? On my visits to the show they had one Celebrity after another as guests, including me. They had on , Brady Bunch star Christopher Knight and his wild and fun wife Adrian Curry, Sugar Ray Leonard, Vinny Paul, the cast of Mad TV and I could go on. Mancow, AKA Eric Muller is now broadcasting from a secret location in Chicago (Yes I know where). Expect his show to be picked up by more stations all over the country as his ratings are through the roof!

On another trip to the Cutting Room, I caught up with my old friends "MAZARIN", the original Slaves To Rock And Roll. Having watched them play since I was 17 at the old Wooden Ships Inn on Long Island, it was great to hear the old songs and to see my friends perform the songs that made them famous. Another surprise was Gary "US" Bonds who jumped up on stage and performed with them to a standing room only crowd. In case you are wondering how I was in a club at 17, then you are too young to know the drinking age used to be 18, and drivers licenses had no pictures and if you fit the description, you were in. GOT IT KIDDIES ?

One of the hottest clubs, and one of the places where I have a great time is "The Cutting Room" on 24th street, between 5th and 6th avenue. The nightclub is owned by Sex In The City star Chris Noth and one of the most talented persons in NYC, Steve Walter. The club is always hopping with stars from Noth's Law And Order show and the movers and shakers of the music industry. My last trip there had Debbie Gibson, Jordan Knight (New Kids On The Block) and KOOL himself from Kool And The Gang. I've had fun with Cynthia Lennon, May Pang and the man who brought the Beatles to America, Sid Bernstein. If you are from NYC or just visiting, take a ride down to the Cutting Room and request the best waitress around, Susan.

My favorite watering hole where the burgers are great and the staff the best is Langans on West 47th street between 6th and 7th Ave. You can watch Bill O'Reilly, Geraldo Rivera and all the Fox News stars hang out with all the reporters from NYC including the famed Steve Dunleavy of the NY Post. I have had more adventures there and you always get some great inside gossip. Bartenders Eddie and Donald along with manager Kathleen and owner Des O'Brian make sure your stay is fun and exciting. My favorite client (I'm the show photographer) Jerry Springer, gets a sandwich named in his honor at New York City's famed Carnegie Deli recently to celebrate his 3000th show and his 15th year on TV. He arrived in NYC with Public Relations powerhouse, Linda Shafran and his trusty security team Todd Schultz and Steve Wikos. The event was a madhouse of press reporters and of course the Paparazzi went crazy. Later that night we threw a bash at Home Guesthouse on West 27th street where Jerry was presented with a 5 foot long painting of his show by artist Charles Fazzino and presented with personalized boots by Western Boot World. The party was great thanks to Mike Weiss and public relation's guru Claire O'Connor who made everything come together. I can't wait to get back to Chicago to shoot some more pictures of my favorite talk show host!
