GEORGE MICHAEL WANTS REUNION WITH BANDMATE ANDREW RIDGELEY

George Michael is desperate for his former Wham! bandmate Andrew Ridgeley to join him on tour. The 'Freedom' singer - who is currently in the middle of the UK leg of his '25 Live' European tour - would love to reunite with Andrew but is not sure if he would agree to his offer. George is quoted as saying: "When we toured with Wham! they were pretty good times. I haven't asked Andrew, I'm too nervous. I'd love to do it but I don't know if he'll say yes. He might just not want the attention right now but I would love him to do it."The 43-year-old singer - who hadn't toured in 15 years before this run of shows - admits he has rediscovered his love for performing and is now planning another series of stadium concerts after this tour concludes. He said: "I've been shocked at how many young people have been at the shows. I've no doubt I'll be up for doing it again soon. It now seems the easiest thing in the world."George - who has been found asleep at the wheel of his car on several occasions and caught allegedly engaged in gay sex in a park this year -insists getting back on stage hasn't been as traumatic as he thought it would be.He added: "I must have been a very lonely man because this hasn't been frightening or difficult. It's been a worry-free experience."
