Casey Johnson Beautiful Casey Johnson, the heiress to the Johnson and Johnson empire, died of natural causes related to diabetes, the Los Angeles California coroner said Today. The 30-year-old socialite was found dead at a friend's home January 4th. She died of diabetic ketoacidosis, the coroner found. Johnson was in the news alot very recently because of her relationship with reality television star Tila Tequila. Several messages on Tequila's official Twitter page mentioned Johnson in the wake of her death."I can't stop these haunting visions of her and I. We made such a lovely couple, only beginning to spend the rest of our lives together," a posting said recently. Casey Johnson Socialite Nicky Hilton is telling everyone that Casey Johnson's dogs Zoe and Elvis are alive and well. TMZ.com reported Friday that the dogs, which Hilton retrieved from the Los Angeles California home of Johnson's alleged fiance Tila Tequila earlier this week, got checkups at a veterinarian in Los Angeles and have been released to Johnson's family. After the report was posted, Hilton linked to the story on her Twitter page and added: "Hope this clears up all the rumors." In a series of Twitter posts, Tila had accused Hilton and Hollywood star Bijou Phillips of taking the dogs in order to euthanize and bury them with Johnson. The heiress to the Johnson & Johnson empire was found dead yesterday morning at her Los Angeles California apartment. Toxicology tests on Johnson's body are set to be conducted, but Officer Sara Faden says her death appears to be from natural causes. She tells People , "It appears to be a natural death. There's no evidence of foul play. A toxicology report from the coroner's office will proceed next." Tila Tequila Sexy television star Tila Tequila's boyfriend Shawne Merriman, was arrested yesterday morning over allegations he choked and forcibly restrained the reality show model. Police responded to the home of the San Diego Chargers player, following a 911 call at 3:45 a.m. Tila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, signed a formal complaint against Merriman at the scene and was taken to the local Pomerado Hospital for treatment. Merriman was taken into custody and is accused of battery and false imprisonment. His bail is set at $58,000. A lawyer for Merriman has denied all charges against his football star client, and is insisting he was simply trying to prevent an "extremely inebriated" Tequila from travelling home when he didn’t deem it safe for her to do so.
