Swoosie Kurtz Perigee Books, a division of Penguin Group (USA), announced today the acquisition of beloved film, television, and stage performer Swoosie Kurtz's memoir, PART SWAN, PART GOOSE: An Uncommon Memoir of Womanhood, Work, and Family. Publisher John Duff acquired world rights to the book from Ian Kleinert at Objective Entertainment. The book will be published in Spring 2014. In a wise, warmhearted memoir that chronicles her unconventional life and long-lived career, Swoosie Kurtz, with collaborator Joni Rodgers, welcomes readers into her world, sharing just the right combination of personal misadventure, showbiz lore, and touching family history.
