Protesters were outside the Empire State Building as Consul General Peng Keyu hosted the lighting ceremony at the Empire State Building for China's 60th Anniversary at the famed skyscraper on 5th avenue in New York City yesterday. They were picketing 60 years of occupation of Tibet.
