Are you tired of hearing one-sided tapes provided by Lincoln Bain about Rita Cosby, making outlandish allegations? I urge you to watch Geraldo Rivera and Kimberly Guilfoyle tonight on Fox News Channel to listen to the REAL tape. Greta Van Susteren from Fox News Channel was provided with the real tape soon before her show last night. She decided instead to once again give airtime to liar Lincoln Bain who provided Greta with tapes slamming Cosby, but clearly leaving out any ones that look bad for him. Why is she coddling this thug? Why didn't Greta show Bain's own website that has this on it, posted recently:The caption reads: "Rita Cosby wrote a book claiming that Howard and Larry are lovers!!! Damn! I coulda told her that. In Fact Anna’s former nannies told that to several media groups months ago. The media was afraid to touch it but I am glad that its out!!! "
Is Greta forgeting how a real newswoman is supposed to do her job ? She has Rita Cosby's tapes yesterday and decides to hold them for Monday to cash in on the ratings and decides to still play thug and thief Lincoln Bain's incomplete tapes? On tonight's Geraldo and later on the Line-Up, you will hear Lincoln Bain himself on tape say the nannies told him about the sex tape of Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead! So much for his credibility! He also says on the tape he believes the nannies. So much for Greta doing her job! She should be ashamed of herself for allowing Lincoln Bain to slander a honest newswoman like Rita Cosby who clearly went down to the Bahamas to further investigate other angles of her story. What journalist would not have done the same once you hear HER tape? Tonight hear the real story..... Bain not only admits the nannies saw the tape, but confirms that investigators were told this by the nannies too--which is exactly what Rita Cosby reported in her book. So Bain even provides further confirmation of what Cosby reported! So why did his story suddenly change now? You take a guess.

Way to go, Geraldo!! Great show. I think some of Howard's friends are mad because he's in deep doodoo. As J. Pirro said, "Howard needs to get a criminal attorney". I don't think Ron Rale or Lin Wood can get him out of this one. Even if Howard won the $60,000,000, he won't be able to spend it.
Rita, don't worry. We know you have honesty and integrity and they were just setting you up for their own personal gain. Probably at the request of HKS. I have your book and believe every word of it.

For MONTHS all these so-called JOURNALISTS have slandered Howard K. Stern and you probably didn't say "boo". They didn't do their jobs then, they just hurled accusations and half-truths and out and out LIES about Howard out there, and that was ok? Was that fine by you? Now you seem shocked that these "journalists" continue to do what they've been doing all along. They throw stuff out there, and to hell with the truth. Getting the TRUTH isn't their job. Their job is to create a frenzy with sensationalism. It doesn't matter if there's a tape out there that will clear Rita, they want the tape that will SLAM Rita. Monday they MIGHT play the tape that shows Rita in a good light, but Monday is TOO LATE. The damage is already done.
Rita's on tape saying she wanted to give $ to the nannies basically under the table, so she did it to herself, but the idea that you expect journalists to "do their job" and report the truth and nothing but the truth after what they did to Howard is laughable.
And the irony is, Rita's only getting a taste OF HER OWN MEDICINE.

And that has baby Dannielynn's daddy, former paparazzo Larry Birkhead, and the executor of Smith's estate, Howard Stern, hollering foul.
Calling the fees "unnecessary, unauthorized, unreasonable and excessive," the two filed in a Broward County court to stop Miami lawyer Richard Milstein from collecting.
"It's outrageous," said Nancy Hass, Birkhead's Hallandale Beach-based counsel. "I'm a guardian ad litem, too, and I always reduce my fees when I deal with children. A lot of work produced (by Milstein) was unnecessary."
Added Stern's attorney, PBG's Krista Barth: "That's $900 an hour! People believe the baby is rich. Couldn't be further from the truth. Mr. Milstein even charged for another lawyer at his firm to go to Anna's funeral."
Back in February, when ANS died of an accidental legal-drug overdose at the Seminole Hard Rock, the Dannielynn Hope Irrevocable Trust was established to pay for ANS' funeral. The rest was supposed to support the 1-year-old girl as she waits for her mom's still-tied-up-in-court $500 million inheritance.
The trust's sources, according to records, were media that paid for "exclusive" interviews and a seat at the funeral.
As of today, according to court papers, $200,000 is left. Milstein wants $175,000 for his guardianship work and another $22,000 for being the fund's trustee. That role, Barth said, is a conflict of interest.
Goofy Broward Judge Larry Seidlin, who has since quit, asked Milstein to represent Dannielynn's interests in picking a burial place for her mom. But what should have been a two-hour hearing dragged on, most of it live on national TV.
The usually talkative Milstein didn't return calls but e-mailed: "The three weeks of work entailed the work of five people, not just myself, in order to handle the multiple details involved in handling the trial and funeral arrangements."

Rita was merely following up on what THEY demanded, because when the nannies CHANGED THEIR STORIES Rita needed documentation of their original statements, which Lincoln Bain and the lawyer both witnessed, and now attempt to deny. Of course Rita would want the truth. Bain is now lying about what he posted on his OWN SITE, which he also confirmed to Rita by telephone. Why don't you listen to tapes before you make such blatant statements?

Because, it is hard for me to find someone credible who WROTE and STATED ON TAPE that the nannies TOLD him they saw the tape of Larry and Howard having sex, and that they saw Anna watching it, and then he has the nerve to deny it.
Also, I see Eroshevich lying on ET tonight. ET is always doing a cover up job for Howard and his constituants. It is too disgusting for words. It is so tiresome seeing people lie and spin when two people are in the ground. And Perper is a failure, he is one of the main people who destroyed initial justice in the death of Anna Nicole Smith. For this, he is much toi be condemned.

Greta has stated the fee from Milstein is outrageous, and says it will clean out the baby's Trust. She did not mention anybody was trying to charge this to Virgie, which I cannot believe could possibly be legal. Seidlin, who cause a lot of this mess, is no longer on the bench, so another Judge would hear this case.

I have always liked Howard even when no one else believed him.Before you can pass judgement on people you must walk in their shoes.I am a caregiver of my very best friend she doesn't give me a pay check and I don't expect one.But however she does provide for me fincially which is a hell of a lot cheaper then hiring someone else to do it.Stop worrying about where Howard get money from he's not getting it from you so why worry about it...

Don Clark is a respected former head of an FBI Division. You sound deranged to say you always knew he was a snake.
