THE STEVE WILKOS SHOW AFTER PEDOPHILE

Steve Wilkos after Jack McClellan

Fomer head of security from 'The Jerry Springer Show', Steve Wilkos, confronts self-described pedophile Jack McClellan, 45 on the set of his new show 'The Steve Wilkos show' in Chicago. Wilkos hammered the guy on stage and finally took away his seat and said "you dont deserve to sit on my stage". Throughout the show audience members yelled and screamed at the admitted pedophile, when towards the end of the taping Wilkos served him with legal papers from California. The show airs on or around Sept 10th, debut week for the new show.

Now reports from today on Jack McClellan: Self-described pedophile was released from jail Tuesday after prosecutors dropped a criminal case accusing him of violating a judge's order prohibiting him from being within 30 feet of children anywhere in California for three years. Prosecutors could not pursue the case against Jack McClellan, 45, after they determined the order was invalid because the judge failed to schedule and give McClellan proper notice of a hearing required to argue the merits of imposing such a long-lasting order before it is issued. McClellan was arrested Aug. 13 for investigation of violating the order when he was found near a child care center at the University of California, Los Angeles. He had a camera with him at the time, but he told a local TV station that there wasn't any film in it. McClellan was arrested again - several hours later - this time for trespassing after he did an interview with the TV station on university grounds. He had been told not to return to the campus after his first arrest. Prosecutors did not pursue the trespassing charges. Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig issued the order Aug. 3 requiring McClellan to stay at least 30 feet away from every person under age 18 in California for a three-year period, said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney's office. A three-year order amounts to what is termed a preliminary injunction, and cannot be issued without the statutory hearing and notice requirements, according to the city attorney's office. Superior Court spokeswoman Pat Kelly said Sandvig could not comment because the case is pending. A call to his chambers went unanswered late Tuesday. A cell phone message left for McClellan was not returned. McClellan is unemployed and has been living out of his car. He stirred controversy in Southern California when he arrived this summer from Washington state, where he had lived with his parents. McClellan maintained a Web site in Washington where he posted photos of children he had taken in public places. He also discussed how he liked to stake out parks, public libraries, fast-food restaurants and other areas where little girls, or "LGs," congregated.
His server took his Web site down more than a month ago. McClellan, who said he lives on supplemental security income and suffers from depression, has maintained that he launched the site as a form of therapy and wouldn't do anything illegal. McClellen also has a hearing set for Friday on a temporary restraining order preventing him from coming within 10 yards of children in the city of Santa Clarita in northern Los Angeles County, authorities said.

MICHAEL JACKSON CLAIMS ATTEMPTED RIPOFF OF HIS FORTUNE DURING TRIAL

Michael Jackson claims acquaintances tried to steal his fortune during his 2005 child molestation trial. The pop star, who admits he was close to financial ruin when disloyal advisers attempted to take advantage of him, has singled out his older brother Randy's close friend as one of the main culprits. Jackson, who was found not guilty on 10 accounts of child abuse, says he was only saved after Reverend Jesse Jackson and billionaire Ron Burkle advised him. Jackson's revelations appear in a sworn deposition he gave last July for a federal lawsuit, set to go to trial this week.He alleges Don Stabler, Randy's close associate, attempted to get him to sign a deal that would see him lose a large part of his fortune. However, Jackson refused after Burkle warned him not to. In one transcript, obtained by the New York Daily News newspaper, Jackson recalled: "I vehemently told them, 'No, I am not signing this.' And I just remember how angry, the intensity of the anger in the room. And so they marched out."Jackson, whose career has been in free fall since the court case, said his experience has left him wary of the entertainment industry. He said: "It's full of sharks, charlatans and impostors. Because there's alot of money involved, there's a bunch of schmucks in there."

MICHAEL JACKSON UNDER THE WEATHER

Michael Jackson's representative has denied the star was hospitalised with pneumonia yesterday. The 'Thriller' and pedophile singer was rumored to have been admitted to a Las Vegas hospital suffering from pneumonia but his spokeswoman insists he is at home and simply "under the weather". Raymone Bain told 'Access Hollywood': "Michael Jackson is not currently in the hospital nor has he been hospitalised with pneumonia."MJ is not hospitalised. I spoke to him a couple of hours ago and he was at home conducting meetings."I told one reporter that I did not know if the doctor had diagnosed him with pneumonia or a bad case of the flu."Everyone was a bit under the weather due to changing climates and the travelling, but he's OK."Michael is reportedly looking at plans for a possible long running Las Vegas show.

PEDOPHILE MICHAEL JACKSON BACK IN U.S.

Michael Jackson Unpacks His Face
Michael Jackson is back in the United States after living in Bahrain, France and Ireland. He emerged with his spokeswoman Friday to confirm to The Associated Press that he is back after more than a year in self-imposed exile following his acquittal in a high-profile child molestation trial that ended in June 2005. They also said he is on the comeback trail — planning a pair of "fan appreciation events" in Japan in March, one of which will charge $3,300 for the opportunity to meet the Gloved One. "I can confirm that he is in the United States," spokeswoman Raymone K. Bain said. "We don't give out information regarding our client's whereabouts because of safety, and this is just an ongoing policy." During the brief conference call, Jackson read a statement prepared for The Associated Press about his plans to visit Japan and allowed only one question: How are you? "I'm fine, thank you," was his reply. Jackson, one of the best-selling artists of all time, said he has chosen to come back to Japan because of the strong support he enjoys there. "My friends and fans in Japan have been so supportive of me and my family for many, many years," he said. "My fans in Japan helped me achieve historic milestones in the music industry." Broderick Morris, the promoter working the Japan side of Jackson's trip, said they have sold 220 of 300 tickets to a "platinum VIP party" on March 8. Guests will have dinner, get autographed photos and be able to "meet and greet" Jackson for 30 seconds to one minute, he said. A less-exclusive party is scheduled for the following day. Jackson is not obligated to perform at either event, and promoters refused to comment on how much Jackson, 48, would be paid. Jackson made his first official foray back into the spotlight after his acquittal with an appearance — again, in Tokyo — to accept MTV Japan's "Legend Award." Last November, he allowed the syndicated TV show Access Hollywood to film him in the studio, working on music with producer will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas.
