Toxic singer Britney Spears is denying that she was brokering a deal with the paparazzi to take pictures of her on vacation in Mexico.Britney who is yesterday's news has been accused of deliberately posing for the paparazzi during a recent break in Cabo San Lucas and taking a cut of the sale price for the photos. According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, a photograph of her wearing a white bikini and swimming with dolphins was "set up by her camp." But a spokesman for Spears is denying all the allegations. The representative says, "If someone is trying to sell photos of Britney in Cabo, they're doing so without her knowledge or permission."

The city of Los Angeles California is holding a very low key, almost secret meeting on July 31,2008 to discuss laws against the paparazzi. The man behind the stupid idea is none other than Dennis P. Zine, a city councilman. Our spy's in Los Angeles mailed us this letter that this public servant asshole has sent out to possible witnesses on the paparazzo's behavior. He has formed the Regional Paparazzi Task Force with confirmed participation from Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Los Angeles, West Hollywood as well as The Screen Actors Guild. Maybe someone should tell this loser councilman that there is Freedom Of The Press. They are going to spend millions of taxpayer dollars defending any new law as media outlets will fight it. If they try to make any laws against the paparazzi, then media outlets such as CBS, NBC, ABC and so on would also have to abide by these same laws. The constitution guarantees Freedom Of The Press. Every news outlet will fight these laws, as they should. There are already laws on the books to use against any paparazzi if he breaks the law. Perhaps voters should vote this guy out next election. Show him how democracy works !

Sexy pop-singer Pink is warning that "something tragic" will soon happen soon if the paparazzi continue to get away with chasing celebrities wherever they go. Less than two days after Los Angeles police charged eight celebrity snappers with reckless driving while in pursuit of Britney Spears, Pink insists that something must be done to stop them from stalking famous people. She says, "I feel like something tragic is going to have to happen for people to wake up and see how vulturous and poisonous it’s all gotten."Before it was kind of silly, how stupid everyone was. Britney Spears has allegedly broken the terms of her custody agreement by taking her sons to Las Vegas without Kevin Federline's permission.The 'Toxic' singer - accompanied by her brother Bryan - flew by private plane to America's gambling capital on Wednesday afternoon with 22-month-old Sean Preston, and 10-month-old Jayden James and checked into the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.Under California law, neither parent is allowed to take a child out of the state without written permission from the other - or by obtaining a court order. A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Kevin is demanding she get back to Los Angeles because she isn't allowed to have the kids out of state."Britney did not have written permission and she needs this to take her children out California. She never got it or alerted people she was leaving.I'm sure Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this."Britney had checked out of the Wynn by 5.30pm Las Vegas time on Thursday but not before causing some drama. Eyewitnesses claim the 25-year-old singer's bodyguard, Julio Camera, attacked a photographer outside the Wynn Spa after an argument over the lensman being too close to Sean Preston. One photographer claims Camera shoved his partner in the chest and accidentally hit toddler Sean Preston in the process.The photographer then alleges Britney started yelling while Camera tackled his partner to the ground and began punching.Sergeant Loretto of the Las Vegas Police Department said Camera has been issued a citation for misdemeanour battery. Loretto added: "A second Incident Crime Report was also filed by Ms. Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears' child, who was at that time being held by the security officer."

PAPARAZZI FILES SUIT AGAINST LINDSAY LOHAN FOR ALLEGEDLY INJURING HIM

Actress LINDSAY LOHAN is being sued by a photographer for allegedly injuring him with her mother’s car.The 20-year-old was "negligent, careless and reckless" while driving a BMW on March 13 in New York, according to legal papers filed in the city by snapper Giovanni Arnold on Thursday Arnold claims he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" in the incident and was financially disadvantaged as a result.The suit also names Lohan’s mother Dina, but doesn’t specify the amount in damages being sought. No accident report was filed at the time of the alleged incident, although police were on the scene at the time. During an interview with US chat show host David Letterman on Wednesday, Lohan was asked if she had run over a photographer’s foot. She replied jokingly, "No, but I should. The guy completely faked it."

Denise Richards has denied inviting paparazzi to take photographs of her with her kids during her divorce battle with Charlie Sheen. The actress has slammed reports she infuriated her Los Angeles neighbours by asking paparazzi into their gated community to capture images of her with her daughters, Sam, three and Lola, who turns one next month. Denise told Glamour magazine: "Paparazzi were climbing over the fence to try to get shots of me inside my house. "I had to hire a security guard to live with me and I kept the shades down at all times. It was awful. "Women would come up to me on the street all the time and say, ‘I admire you for conducting yourself so graciously.’ A year later when I was dating Richie Sambora, I was on the cover of every tabloid again. Suddenly the world hated me. I was called a husband-stealer and a back-stabber in the press." The 36-year-old beauty married ‘Platoon’ actor Charlie in 2002. Denise first filed for divorce in 2005 but later reconciled with Charlie and announced they were attending marriage counselling. However, the couple split again soon after and divorced a year later, after Denise filed for a restraining order claiming Charlie made death threats against her. Denise has since been linked with Bon Jovi guitarist Sambora, whose divorce with Heather Locklear was finalised last month.

The Pitt-Jolies are in Prague together while the actress shoots new movie Wanted. This is not the first time nor the last. The worst for Brad was years ago when the paparazzi snapped Brad naked in his backyard. Till this day the photos are all over the internet.

Pop star Britney Spears has sparked another car seat controversy after being photographed with her young sons not properly strapped into her vehicle. The singer caused a world-wide controversy last year when she failed to put her son Sean Preston in a car seat while trying to escape the paparazzi. On February 12 Spears was spotted in the backseat of a car in New York City with her two sons, Sean, 17 months and Jayden James, 5 months. Photos revealed that Jayden was facing the wrong way in his car seat, while the straps meant to restrain Sean were falling around his arms. Child safety seat advocate Alisa Baer slams the star telling Us Weekly , "She has 5-month-old Jayden James forward-facing. "To decrease the risk of serious spinal cord injury and death, kids must be at least one year old and at least 20 pounds before riding forward-facing. "It also appears that Sean Preston's straps are way too loose -- they appear to have slipped down to his elbows -- again the same mistake she made earlier with him."
