Bobby Maguire, FDNY boxing coach was alongside Tony Shultz boxing promoter from Fight Town Promotions hosting the conference. Boxers in their uniform from both the NYPD and FDNY appeared for a weigh in against their opponents. Georgi Vodka has been supporting the FDNY and the NYPD for the last 80 years. The event had the famous Georgi girls holding ring cards throughout the rounds. The money was raised supports local charities. It was the first time that the FDNY fought at a casino.
