Now cancer-free, Nixon revealed all about her health crisis recently, insisting only a few close friends knew about the diagnosis. And now she admits Davis was among them - because the actress was at her home when she first learned she had cancer. Nixon says, "I told Kristin because she happened to be at my house."She stood up in her chair. I couldn’t get her down until I told her everything I was doing and assured her everything was going to be OK." Nixon is currently celebrating a year of being cancer free after a lumpectomy and radiation treatment in 2006.

Kristin Davis' character Charlotte is pregnant in the new 'Sex and the City' movie.The actress was seen wearing a large prosthetic baby bump on the New York film set the other day as she filmed dramatic scenes with Chris Noth's character Mr. Big. Onlookers watched as Charlotte - who struggled to conceive a baby during the hit TV series - stormed out of Italian restaurant Lumi on Lexington Avenue apparently heavily pregnant. She was then followed onto the street by Big - the on/off love interest of Charlotte's close friend Carrie - and overheard screaming: "I don't want to see you. I curse the day you were born."Charlotte then appeared to go into labor before being rushed to hospital in Big's chauffeured limousine.The plot leaks have led to fevered speculation among fans, who were left delighted at the end of the sixth and final series of the show when Big swept Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie off her feet. Charlotte ended the show by marrying her Jewish fiancé Harry Goldenblatt and planning to adopt a baby girl from China. On the first day of filming on Wednesday, fans were pleased to see Carrie and Big's romance apparently flourishing. Filming in New York is expected to move to 55th street and Park Avenue today.

But this week Kristin let slip: "I can't divulge any plot points. But you know what I can say? There is some thing to do with the New York Post."It has already been revealed that Sarah's character, columnist Carrie Bradshaw, gets a more demanding job in the movie and has to hire a personal assistant. A movie insider revealed: "Miss Bradshaw's career has blossomed since we last saw her. She's so busy and successful these days, she'll have a snazzy and smart young assistant who will play a big part in the film."Oscar-winning actress and former 'American Idol' contestant Jennifer Hudson is to play assistant Louise. Filming on the project is due to start in New York next week. Actor Chris Noth, who plays Carrie's on/off love interest Mr. Big, has also joined the cast.
