Former supermodel Kate Moss is sparking rumors that she is engaged to her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince by reportedly telling fans she is "getting married". The Kills singer proposed while the couple was enjoying a romantic break in Amsterdam, Holland, reports the British newspaper The Sun.The publication reports that the catwalk beauty emerged from a cafe in the city and told a group of admirers of her wedding plans. A source tells the newspaper, "The pair were in a bar looking very loved up. She came out giggling and seemed a bit tipsy."Lots of fans were taking her picture on their mobile phones. She told them, ‘I’m getting married.’ "One girl asked her when, and she said, ‘Soon.’" The pair has been dating since last summer, shortly after Moss split from Babyshambles wild man Pete Doherty. A spokesman for Moss refused to confirm or deny the reports.
