Daniel Craig has branded self-obsessed celebrities "f***ing boring".The 39-year-old actor is tired of hearing stars open up about their personal lives and insists he would never share his private moments with the world. Daniel said: "You know people who talk about themselves all the time? I think it's quite frankly f***ing boring."I don't like talking about my personal life. It's wrong to discuss my private life in public because it affects many other people I care about. It has nothing to do with trying to get a better career."The star, who is dating film producer Satsuki Mitchell, also insisted he has no intention of adding humour to his portrayal of Bond.He said: "I don't think you should write gags in Bond. I'm not going to shy away from the fact that occasionally there should be humour. I just don't like the written gags. That's not the way I've ever liked working and I don't think it is funny."Daniel will reprise his role as 007 for the next instalment of the popular franchise - tentatively titled 'Bond 22' - which is due out next year.

'James Bond' Daniel Craig

Daniel Craig has hinted he will quit playing James Bond after shooting the next film. The British actor, who won critical acclaim for his portrayal of 007 in 'Casino Royale', insists he doesn't want to make "spy films" forever and is interested in a variety of roles. He said: "I don't just want to make spy films and I've never made movies just for money either."Craig, 39, has already signed up for a second outing as the suave spy in the tentatively titled 'Bond 22', which is due for release in November 2008. 'Monster's Ball' filmmaker Marc Forster was recently announced as the director of the next 007 instalment. Forster, who also helmed 'Finding Neverland', will write the script with 'Crash' director Paul Haggis - who helped pen the last movie 'Casino Royale'. Forster said: "I have also always been a Bond fan, so it is very exciting to take on this challenge. The new direction that the Bond character has taken offers a director a host of new possibilities and I look forward to working with Daniel Craig."

Dream movie role for Pierce Bronsan

Pierce Brosnan is thrilled to be working with Meryl Streep. The former Bond actor is due to start shooting a film adaptation of the hit ABBA West End musical 'Mamma Mia' with the US actress later this year and he can't wait. He is quoted by Britain's Daily Express newspaper as saying: "I'm more excited about this project than anything I have done in some time. The opportunity to work with Meryl Streep is amazing."According to friends, Brosnan is also looking forward to show casing his relatively unknown singing talent. One friend said: "Earlier on in his career, Pierce actually had a quite good singing voice and performed on stage."He also sang in a film called 'Evelyn' a few years back, so he isn't going to have to need major vocal training for the part. The critics could be in for quite a surprise when they hear him."The movie focuses on a bride-to-be and her rebellious mother, played by Streep, who refuses to disclose the identity of her father. Brosnan is to play one of three men the bride has found who could be her possible father.

Daniel Craig is set to play the devil. The James Bond star has reportedly signed up for the role of Satan in 'I,Lucifer' which focuses on the fallen angel's last attempt at redemption. A source said: "The role really appealed to Daniel, who loves artistic challenges. He doesn't want to be typecast just as an action hero after the success of 'Casino Royale'."Craig will start shooting the $150 million film between his next project 'His Dark Materials' and his second outing as 007, 'Bond 22'.The movie is based on a best-selling novel by Glen Duncan, which in turn was inspired by John Milton's epic 17th century poem 'Paradise Lost'.The poem tells the story of Lucifer's revenge for being banished to hell for betraying God.'I, Lucifer' sees the fallen angel being given one month to redeem himself by attempting to live as a saintly human. However, Satan uses his new human body to commit as many sins as he can.
