BITCH HEATHER MILLS JUST WON'T SHUT UP

The Bitch Heather Mills is speaking again. Why? Mills says she snapped when she poured a jug of water over the head of ex-husband Paul McCartney's lawyer during their bitter divorce battle. Mills was awarded a $48.6 million settlement from the Beatle last month. They had been married for only four years. She told Britain's GMTV yesterday that she became angry when his lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, argued that full details of the case, including some related to the couple's 4-year-old daughter, Beatrice, should be disclosed."Mrs. Shackleton said something under her breath so I cleansed and baptized her," Mills said. "I thought she looked fantastic. I thought it did her the world of good." The vengeful Mills, 40, had sought almost $250 million. She spoke from Las Vegas, where she was judging the Miss. USA pageant. Asked about recent pictures in tabloid newspapers of McCartney, 65, and New Jersey trucking heiress Nancy Shevell, 47, Mills said she wished any new girlfriend luck."Well I think he's got three different girlfriends so I wish all the girls the best of luck," she said.

HEATHER MILLS SENDS BEATRICE ECONOMY

Paul McCartney's former bitch wife Heather Mills has been accused of hypocrisy after boarding a first-class flight to New York City, and reportedly leaving daughter Beatrice in economy class. Mills attacked the former Beatle following their divorce settlement on Monday for failing to give their 4-year-old daughter enough maintenance to travel first class, and she vowed to pay for the expensive travel costs herself. The former model said: "Beatrice only gets $70,000 a year so she is meant to travel B class while her father travels A class." However, the 40-year-old reportedly has booked a first-class Virgin flight to the United States this weekend, while her daughter will travel out days later in a cheaper seat, reports Britain's The Sun. A spokesman for Virgin could not confirm or deny the allegations, adding, "We never discuss passengers' travel arrangements.
Mills won $33 million cash with assets worth $15.6 million following the breakdown of her four-year marriage to McCartney. The couple -- who wed in 2002 -- failed to reach an agreement last month and it was left to a London High Court judge to make the final decision.

PAUL MCCARTNEY AND EX-WIFE SETTLE

Sir Paul McCartney's mean ex-wife Heather Mills has been awarded $48.6 million in their divorce settlement. The couple -- who wed in 2002 -- failed to reach an agreement last month and it was left to a High Court judge to make the final decision. According to High Court papers, Mills asked for $250 million, but the former Beatle offered her $31.6 million. On Monday, Mills was awarded $33 million cash with assets worth $15.6 million. Speaking outside the court, Mills said she is pleased with the judgment: "I am very, very, very happy. I was always going to get between $40 and $60 million, but Sir Paul was offering much less than that. "The judge said Paul was only worth $800 million, but everyone has known he has been worth $1.6 billion for the last 15 years. "I wasn't allowed any access into any of our accounts, I was locked out of every home. I hope now that me and my daughter can have a life and not be followed every single day. Apart from one TV thing, I have kept silent for 21 months. I wanted to keep it private but he wanted it made public he always wants to look like he's generous Sir Paul." Mills will not appeal against the judge's decision, but will appeal against the decision to release court papers that disclose details about the couple's 4-year-old daughter Beatrice. She adds, "I am appealing on the judgment being made public, I'm not appealing against the settlement." The couple's divorce case had been held in private, but it is believed the judge released the agreed figure in a bid to end speculation over the size of the financial settlement. McCartney, 65, married Mills, 40, four years after his first wife Linda died from breast cancer.

HATED HEATHER MILLS FATHER SPEAKS

Hated Heather Mills father fears his daughter will flee to France or the United States once she receives her divorce settlement from Beatle Paul McCartney, because the British public hate her so much. The former couple began their battle over their money settlement at London’s High Court on Monday, where former model Mills is representing herself in her fight for a share of the singer’s estimated $1.65 billion fortune. And Mark Mills insists the 40-year-old now feels so uncomfortable in her native Britain that she will take her alimony money and flee the country with McCartney’s four-year old daughter Beatrice. He says, "She knows everybody hates her here and she does not care. But I think she’s very low at the moment and would leap at the chance to get away from it all and take Bea with her."I think she’ll go abroad, possibly to France or the United States. She likes them both. Then she’ll just slowly fade away into obscurity." Mills launched a bitter tirade against the British press in a television interview last October accusing them of turning the public against her after a series of ‘hate campaigns’.

HEATHER MILLS READY FOR COURT BATTLES

The woman everyone loves to hate, Heather Mills, the almost ex-wife of Beatle Paul McCartney, is planning to sue her former legal firm for "misrepresentation," according to reports. The former model is set to face her husband in court next week during a scheduling hearing as part of their divorce proceedings, but could be facing another legal battle with former lawyers Mischon de Reya. The legal firm dumped Mills in November last year, reportedly because the star ignored a gag order on talking about the couple's daughter Beatrice. In December, the company threatened legal action over $4 million in outstanding bills in relation to her divorce from McCartney, and are said to be eager to press ahead with the case. However, Mills is planning to countersue Mischon de Reya over allegations of "bad representation." Mills and McCartney's divorce case will continue next week, with Mills representing herself in court. Stay Tuned !

PIG HEATHER MILLS BATTLES OVER SHOES

Heather Mills has blasted step-daughter Stella McCartney for only offering her a small discount at her clothes store. The former model, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with Stella's father Sir Paul McCartney, accused Stella of charging her almost full price for her exclusive designs, despite the fact she was married to her father. Heather's US publicist Michelle Elyzabeth fumed: "Stella told Heather she'd give her just 10 per cent off at her boutique in London - and they were related. But that just goes along with everything we know about Stella now."Elyzabeth insists Heather "tried and tried" to form a relationship with Stella, but she made it impossible because she was jealous of her.The publicist said: "Stella never cared for her, but Heather always said, 'She has such a close relationship with her dad, that's all it is.' She never tried to fight with her."Heather also claims she once personally asked Stella to donate bottles of her perfume for a charity gala, but Stella refused. Elyzabeth added: "She said, 'No!' What would that have cost her? But we didn't beg. One turn down is enough, so we told her, 'Fine, thank you,' and Elizabeth Arden donated instead."Stella reportedly threatened to "kill the b***h" after hearing Heather accuse Paul of hitting his late wife and Stella's mother Linda. Stella recently seemed to mock her estranged stepmother by designing a necklace featuring a single leg. Heather, who lost her left leg below the knee following a motorbike accident in 1993, branded Stella "evil" during an outburst on live TV earlier this month. She said: "I can't protect her any longer. She wasn't interested in her dad's happiness."Every week she tried to break up my marriage to Paul."She's done some evil, evil things. She scraped my face out of a photo when they were in a psychiatric session together."

HEATHER MILLS TAPED PAUL MCCARTNEY

Heather Mills has 10 secret tapes containing details about her sex life and bitter rows with estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney. The former model - who recently claimed she had a "secret box of evidence" to use in her bitter divorce from The Beatles legend - claims the recordings prove Paul took Viagra pills to spice up their sex life, accepted blame for the breakdown of their marriage and mocked her disability.A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "Some of the details about their sex life will sicken a lot of people and make them see Paul in a different light."There are recordings Heather says prove Paul referred to her as a, 'One-legged b***h'."She says it's clear from the tape that Paul apologized for the marriage breakdown and for how he treated her."Heather believes these tapes will put the record straight and she isn't scared to let these personal details get out."Heather, who has a prosthetic limb after losing her left leg below the knee following a motorbike accident in 1993, also allegedly has evidence of "spiteful phone calls" from Paul's daughter Stella. The source added: "Stella ranted, 'I hope you lose your other f***ing leg.' Heather says her tapes will back this up."The relationship between Heather and Stella has reached rock bottom - they can't stand each other. Heather is convinced her tapes will show the world the real Stella. They are explosive."Heather has reportedly stored the box of evidence in a Coutts bank vault. Only she and her sister, Fiona, know the access code.Meanwhile, it has been claimed Heather's legal team Mischon de Reya parted ways with her last week after she hounded lawyer Anthony Julius while he grieved over the death of his wife. A source said: "She wouldn't stop calling Anthony, even when she knew what he was going through."Heather will now represent herself at the next divorce hearing in February.

PIG HEATHER MILLS LAWYERS DUMP HER

Gold digger Heather Mills has been ditched by her divorce lawyers. The former model, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle from Sir Paul McCartney, ignored warnings from top firm Mishcon de Reya not to talk about her split from The Beatles legend and has now been told to look for a new legal team. A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Mishcon have just been tearing their hair out. They are astonished at Heather's crazy outbursts."She was warned against going on TV and talking about Paul, their marriage and anything about her daughter. But she just refused to listen. She was told time and again to keep quiet because she might hand Sir Paul's lawyers an easy victory."But she is so crazy she decided she knew better than the best divorce lawyers in the country."It is total madness. Her bid to win public sympathy could end up with her throwing away millions."Just last week, Heather was dumped by her publicist Phil Hall following her outbursts on several US and UK TV shows. The 39-year-old vegan blamed Paul for the breakdown of their marriage, branded Paul's daughter "evil", claimed she was suicidal after receiving death threats and likened herself to the late Princess Diana.Yesterday she returned to UK breakfast show 'GMTV' and insisted it was a relief to give her side of the story. She said: "Speaking out was the difference between being in prison and being on parole. I got the chance to defend myself. It was unbelievably cathartic."I've had 18 months of the worst press ever and I got the chance to protect myself and my daughter. I stayed quiet for a year and it didn't work, I had 4,000 articles written about me."Last night, Mishcon de Reya refused to comment on reports they are no longer representing Heather.

HEATHER MILLS HATED IN UNITED STATES

Heather Mills has appealed to the US media to support her in her fight against "daily abuse by the British tabloids".The estranged wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney - who wants to flee Britain with the couple's daughter Beatrice to America - is asking US journalists to sign her petition on YouCare.com. Heather's Los Angeles publicist sent out an email on Tuesday to numerous media contacts directing them to the website aimed mainly at countering negative stories in British newspaper The Sun, according to the New York Daily News newspaper. As evidence of a media vendetta, Heather's spokeswoman cited "the fact that they have also tried to ruin her daughter's birthday by fabricating a story on the death of an animal, whose owner pretended that the fireworks display during her daughter's birthday was the direct cause of the dog's death, when in fact the dog died of an abdominal catastrophe."Earlier this week, it was alleged by The Sun that a neighbour's dog had died after Heather held an elaborate fireworks display for daughter Beatrice's fourth birthday at the weekend. The former model - who lost her left leg below the knee in a motorcycle accident in 1993 - gave a series of interviews on British television yesterday claiming the media had treated her "worse than a murderer or a paedophile", and compared herself to the late Princess Diana. She also claimed to have received death threats and accused Sir Paul of doing to protect her and their daughter.Heather even confessed she had been on the brink of suicide.Heather's British publicist, Phil Hall, resigned on Tuesday night after failing to persuade her not to go ahead with her campaign.

But he doesn't get on with Heather's family."Birthday girl Beatrice also received a pony as one of her presents. In the evening, Heather - who recently rejected a £50 million (US $100 million) divorce settlement from Paul - also threw a lavish black tie bash for over 100 guests, which ended with a stunning fireworks display. The source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It was one hell of a party and cost a fortune. HEATHER MILLS TO MOVE NEXT TO PAUL

Heather Mills

Heather Mills is set to buy a house in the same London street as estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney. The former model - who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with the Beatles legend - was spotted viewing a £16 million ( US $32 Million) mansion in St.John's Wood just yards away from the house she and Paul shared before their marriage broke down.Heather - who has a three-year-old daughter, Beatrice, with Paul -returned for a second private viewing with Michael Sulkin, senior director at estate agent Aston Chase. Heather's spokesman denied rumours she will be moving into the seven-bedroom home. He said: "She is not looking to buy a property in the same road as Paul. Her visit to the house was on behalf of a third party, but it is a private matter and she is not prepared to discuss it."In July, it was reported Heather was looking for a home just minutes away Paul's Peasmarsh estate in East Sussex, as she is keen for Beatrice to live close to her father.Relations between Paul and Heather, who split in May 2006, have seemingly improved in recent months. The pair are said to have decided put their difference aside for the sake of Beatrice, and have even been regularly meeting up and speaking on the phone.

HEATHER MILLS NEW YORK PARKING TICKETS

Heather Mills poked her tongue out at a US policeman for giving her a parking ticket. Heather, the estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney - who is holidaying in New York's exclusive Hamptons resort, has collected several parking tickets for parking wherever she pleases without a disabled permit. A source told the New York Post newspaper: " She's been hell on wheels. She's parking in front of fire hydrants and in handicapped zones without a handicapped tag." She showed one unimpressed town cop her prosthetic leg while he was writing her up a ticket. Then she stuck her tongue out at him as soon as he turned his back." Heather is renting director Nora Ephron and writer Nick Pileggi's mansion in the Georgica Pond area of East Hampton. The 39-year-old ex-model and the Beatles legend are on a family holiday with their three-year-old daughter Beatrice, though they are both staying in different locations. A source said: "It won't be a conventional family holiday - there is still tension."Last month, it was claimed Paul, 65, will give Heather £70 million (U.S. $140 million) in their divorce settlement. He has reportedly agreed to give the former model a lump sum of £15 million (U.S. $30 million) , along with a further £3.5 million (U.S. $7 million) every year until Beatrice turns 18. Paul, who will share custody of Beatrice with Heather, is set to pay for his daughter's schooling, travel, security and nannies. The divorce deal is also said to include a clause banning the pair from speaking publicly about the breakdown of their marriage.

PAUL MCCARTNEY'S VACATION IN HAMPTONS

Sir Paul McCartney and estranged wife Heather Mills' have failed in their attempts to put on a "united front" for the sake of their daughter while holidaying in The Hamptons. The former Beatle sailed alone in his boat, named 'Linda' after his first wife, while Heather played pool in a nearby bar with a male friend yesterday. Paul, 65, and Heather, 39 - who split last May after a four-year-marriage - agreed to holiday in the fashionable resort at the same time so the custody arrangements of their three-year-old daughter, Beatrice, wouldn't be disrupted. A source said last week: "It won't be a conventional family holiday - there is still tension."Last month, it was claimed Paul will give Heather £70 million (U.S. $140 million) in their divorce settlement. He has reportedly agreed to give the former model a £15 million (U.S. $30 million) lump sum, along with a further £3.5 million (U.S. $7 million) every year until Beatrice turns 18. Paul is set to pay for Beatrice's schooling, travel, security and nannies. The divorce deal, which sees the couple share custody of Beatrice, is also said to include a clause banning either of them from speaking publicly about their failed marriage.

PAUL MCCARTNEY'S DIVORCE SETTLEMENT

Beatle Paul McCartney

Sir Paul McCartney will give estranged wife Heather Mills a record-breaking £70 million (U.S. $140 million) divorce settlement, it has been reported. The Beatles legend - who split from Heather in May 2006 following a four-year marriage - has agreed to give the former model a lump sum of £15 million (U.S. $ 30 million) in what could be the largest divorce deal in British legal history. A source said: "We're extremely close to a resolution. The figures have been agreed."Heather, 39, will reportedly receive a further £3.5 million (U.S. $ 7 million) every year until their three-year-old daughter Beatrice turns 18. Paul, 65, will reportedly pay all the expenses for Beatrice's schooling, travel, security and nannies and the pair will share custody of their daughter. The divorce deal is also said to include a clause banning the pair from speaking publicly about the breakdown of their marriage. The source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "Negotiations have been drawn out because Heather wants her story told. Paul's lawyers are saying she can't talk about the marriage. But Heather's argument is that that's a very grey area, like if she wants to update her biography for example. It's a very complex agreement."Heather, who recently bought a £400,000 (U.S. $800,000.) house in Slovenia, allegedly won't receive any property in the deal. Representatives for Paul and Heather said they would not comment on any progress with divorce proceedings.

NO REALITY SHOWS FOR HEATHER MILLS

SIR PAUL McCARTNEY’s estranged wife HEATHER MILLS has vowed never to do another reality show, despite winning over critics on America’s Dancing With The Stars. The former model was voted off the show in April after competing successfully for six weeks. She enjoyed the experience so much she’s since revealed plans to take her dancing partner on a motivational speaking tour around the U.S. However, her enthusiasm doesn’t extend to the reality show format itself, which she brands destructive. Mills says, "(The show was) a one-off. Reality shows, to me are when they get into personal stuff and bring negativity in. This was all positive."(But) I’d never do another reality show."
