But the will was compiled before Ledger made the Oscar-winning Brokeback Mountain in 2005, when he met his fiancee-to-be Williams - the mother of two-year-old Matilda. However, both Ledger’s representative Mara Buxbaum and his dad Kim have dismissed speculation Williams and little Matilda will not be provided for, reports People.com. Buxbaum says, "The story is getting taken out of context and media is speculating that this means Matilda and Michelle will not be taken care of. I want to make it very clear nothing could be farther from the truth." And in a statement released on Saturday afternoon, Kim adds: "Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family. Federal officials have subpoenaed Heath Ledger's autopsy records as part of an investigation into how the actor had access to the prescription drugs that caused his death last month. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) investigators served the New York Medical Examiner’s Office with the legal paperwork as part of its standard procedure when a person dies from an accidental overdose, reports People.com. On Wednesday, the city’s medical examiner ruled Ledger died from an accidental overdose of six prescription medications, including painkillers, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety pills and antihistamines. DEA spokesman Erin Mulvey said on Thursday, "We are working with the New York Police Department to identify any illegally prescribed drugs that may have been prescribed to Ledger."
