Story By: James Edstrom
Charlie Sheen And James Edstrom

First of all, Charlie Sheen is a very nice guy. I met him a couple of times, he is sweet, caring and funny. I applaud him for telling the world about his status, he should have done it sooner though and not been blackmailed by these ruthless people.

Being diagnosed with HIV is very hard. You are in shock, you think your going to die and you start making plans to die. But even worse is the abuse you receive from the city of New York trying to find a way to stay in a home and to pay for your medicine to stay alive.

When I was told I had full blown AIDS in 2001, days after September 11th, my whole life changed. I was so sick, I could not pay my rent, I could not afford my medicine and having HIV was still not accepted. My doctors sent me to the City's HRA HASA HIV unit which in turn gave me even more horror. They made promises they never kept, they abused me till I finally had it and called my high powered politician friends who contacted the commissioner. But this was just the beginning, the beginning of years of abuse, the beginning of years of being threatened with homelessness by the HRA and their corrupt landlords, being forced to live with mice and rats and when I complained, the abuse got worse.

The last few years I was living on Maujer Street owned by St Nicks Alliance. Right away my son and I were being abused by tenants and caseworkers from St Nicks, because I had AIDS. The more I complained, the more they abused me. Our life was threatened by St Nicks tenants, St Nicks Alliance employees were always threatening us with eviction if we did not do what they told us too. Here we were living in a rent stabilized apartment where we paid our rent, and we had no rights.

We went to the city and complained. They refused to do anything. Here we were, me with full blown AIDS and my son who I adopted and took off the streets. We proved to the city that we were living with mice and rats, we proved tenants were abusing us and we proved the landlord St Nicks Alliance forged our lease agreements. The city still ruled against us. Their own employees who were at the lease signing testified that they were at the lease signing and we never agreed to caseworkers and other things and the leases were forged, yet the city ruled against us.

Rent laws are clear and so is the Americans With Disability Act. Persons with disabilities must have equal or better housing. St Nicks Alliance refused to abide by the law and the HRA refused to enforce their contract with St Nicks Alliance which states that they must comply with all ADA laws. After endless e mails to the Commish, the Deputy Commish, phone conversations with them both and endless e mails to HRA HASA personal, I was forced to file in Supreme Court and to go public that I had AIDS in the New York Daily News.

I complained about the mice and rats, no one did anything. St Nicks Alliance has violations going back years for mice and rats, yet they did nothing. I was bitten in my bed one night. Still they did nothing. Tenants were outside my windows yelling move white boys move and we have to get the AIDS faggots out, the city did nothing and St Nicks Alliance did nothing. I complained about the drug dealing in the building. St Nicks Alliance told me I should be careful at what I say, I could be sued for slander. They refused to do anything. But lo and behold, St Nicks Property Manager Haydee Cordero was recently arrested for money laundering for a Heroin drug cartel. St Nicks Alliance owns or operates around 80 buildings in the Brooklyn area. I told them about the drug dealing and they ignored. They even refused to give video to the police department when I witnessed a deal in our lobby.

When I filed the lawsuit, St Nicks employees came to the building and took the hard drive on the security system. They also took the security reports. St Nicks Alliance refuses to turn them over to us as required by law. There are also hundreds of e mails they refuse to turn over, they gave us around ten. In them St Nicks employees Michael Rochford and Frank Lang joke about the mice and rats. Replys are blocked out. They refuse to comply with the law. Another lawsuit was filed in Federal Court last week by Courtney Crawford. He is being abused by St Nicks Alliance employees and the same tenants in the building who abused us. St Nicks Alliance is trying to evict Mr. Crawford because he has a dog, something everyone in the building has, but St Nicks Alliance thinks it's right for them to discriminate against people with AIDS.

Still the HRA refuses to step in and pull the contract from St Nicks Alliance. Lawsuits in Supreme Court, Lawsuits in Federal Court, and the city continues to allow this alleged Not-For_Profit to get city contracts.

The abuses have gone on for so many years in the city's HRA-HASA system with these providers and it has to stop. Thousands of people are being abused in this system that costs a Billion A Year to the taxpayers, A system that abuses people with AIDS who need housing and most of all, need their medicine. My Medicine costs over three thousand a month. Someone like Charlie Sheen can afford this, but most people can't and end up very sick and even die.

I am out of this fake provider system and out of abusive St Nicks Alliance. My lawyer bills are through the roof and since St Nicks Alliance refuses to follow the law and turn over videos, security books and e mails, we are spending so much money on motions trying to get them. What is St Nicks Alliance scared of? I'll tell you, they are abusing people with AIDS, they are breaking several laws, some of them Federal Laws and they run a corrupt operation that provides no services to anyone with AIDS. They live off the taxpayers of New York City and the Federal Government. Most of all, they live off the sick people who suffer with AIDS. Persons with AIDS are trying to stay alive and St Nicks Alliance is profiting off them.

I am glad Charlie Sheen came out for having HIV. I understand what he was going through being blackmailed and getting to courage to stand up and fight and to tell the public he has HIV. I had to do it last year in the NY Daily News. It was not easy, but St Nicks Alliance and the HRA left me no option but to admit I was sick and fight. I hope Charlie continues fighting for the rights for people with HIV. I hipe he give me a call.

Story By: G. H. HARDING
Bobby Funaro

CHEEKY MEN FINALE --- CBS’ powerhouse show Two and a Half Men ended their rather astounding 12-year run last night with an episode that not only broke the fourth wall several times, but included a homage to Silence Of the Lambs and numerous references to the show’s troubles with Charlie Sheen (millions in unpaid royalties and a host of his previous female interactions appearing) as well as the barbs that have been directed to the show pretty much since its inception.

It may seem like eons ago (4 years), but the ongoing Charlie Sheen vs. show-creator Chuck Lorre, seemed like an ongoing soap-opera some four years ago. You hated watching it; but, you couldn’t avert your eyes from it.

The show’s profits still remain an ongoing fascination within the industry, as they keep rolling in from massive syndication deals … and, they will continue for the foreseeable future.

A slew of guest stars (but, not Sheen) appeared in the show, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Judy Greer, and Christian Slater. Interestingly, Schwarzenegger delivered a spot on portrayal of a good L. A. cop named Wagner … who constantly corrected everyone’s pronunciation of his name. Totally funny!

Since Sheen’s abrupt departure, the show has been running somewhat aimlessly, with Ashton Kutcher, however, superbly filing Sheen's role. This season’s plot line had Ashton’s character, Walden, wanting to adopt a young boy … who surprisingly never even appeared in the episode. In fact, they largely abandoned the season’s plot altogether for this final episode.

The plot of the show was based on the premise that Sheen’s character, Charlie Harper, was still alive and about to exact some sort of payback on those who have both helped and hurt him.

Turns out that Sheen never did appear, though a visage of his character (bowling shirt and all) appeared near the end … as a piano was dropped on him.

The episode ended with the camera cutting to show creator Chuck Lorre sitting in a director’s chair and saying the words winning …. Sheen’s much ballyhooed battle cry during his exit, as a piano then dropped on him.

If you stuck around, as I did, to see Lorre’s vanity card at the end, you realized that Sheen had indeed been invited to appear, but opted not to. Honestly, he should have as his series Anger Management has shuttered and it would have been a nice coda to the show … but, that’s our Charlie!

Bizarre, self-reverential, a tad too defensive … Two and a Half Men ended with the show’s primary leads, Kutcher and Jon Cryer, sitting on their deck at their fabulous beach house in Malibu lamenting that things will go on … just as always. One thing’s for sure, the money train will!

BOBBY FUNARO WINS LOTTERY --- After stars turns in The Sopranos and American Gangster (not to mention Marty Scorsese’s upcoming HBO series with Mick Jagger), you can see Robert Funaro in the new commercial from the NY State Lottery.

The quick-plot is that a guy meets a girl; the girl gives him her number; he dials it … and, gets Sal’s Pizza, where he is quickly asked (Funaro) if it’s pickup or delivery.

It’s a sly, funny turn from Funaro and one that has already generated substantial feedback. Talk about start turns … this is terrific. Congrats Bobby!

OSCAR SUNDAY --- Sunday is the 87th Oscar ceremonies out in L. A. I think it’s been a pretty spectacular year for movies; Foxcatcher, Imitation Game, and, of course, Birdman being among my favorites. I think Michael Keaton and Julianne Moore will be winners, as will J. K. Simmons, but Boyhood (which I have not yet seen) and American Sniper, remain strong, strong contenders.

I’m looking forward to Neil Patrick Harris’ duties as MC. His hosting at the Tony’s having been mostly superb. It should be a fabulous show. More come Monday.

CLOSING NOTES --- Released yesterday, the new Aquaman image from Zack Snyder’s forthcoming movie, is just superb. Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones) stars as the underwater superstar. Momoa will have a quick cameo in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, but his own movie will have to wait. The image featured the phrase Unite The 7; a reference to the forthcoming Justice League of America movie, also to be directed by Snyder. Rather than the rather-flimsy looking orange-outfitted character in the original comic book, here Aquaman has been bulked up and looks positively hunky. Check out the image here

Rumor has it that Monkee-Micky Dolenz will be back in the New York area come the summer? Stay tuned...

Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen has announced that he will donate 1% of the profits from his new FX show ANGER MANAGEMENT to the USO, with the actor guaranteeing a minimum of $1 million and an unlimited cap on the final donation amount to the military aid organization. The donation marks the largest single contribution ever from an individual to the USO, as well as the first time that the USO is receiving a contribution from an actor’s television show proceeds.

"The USO would like to thank Charlie Sheen for his very generous $1 million donation to our Operation Enduring Care Campaign and his interest in helping us lift the spirits of those who have endured so much to protect the freedoms we enjoy daily,” said General John I. Pray, Jr., Executive Vice President and Joint Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force. “His support is greatly appreciated, especially from our wounded warriors and their families.”

Sheen will hand over the first installment of $250,000 in a private ceremony later this week with Sloan D. Gibson, President and Chief Executive Officer of the USO. The funds from Sheen’s donation will be used towards an entertainment facility for seriously injured military troops in Bethesda, MD.

“It’s an honor for me to be able to give back to these men and women of the military who have done so much for all of us,” said Charlie Sheen. “They put their lives on the line for us every day, and I’m just happy that my work on ANGER MANAGEMENT can bring a little bit of relief to the troops and their families.”

Charlie Sheen

It was a family affair for the Sheen’s at NINETHIRTY Restaurant at W Los Angeles-Westwood the other night. Charlie was joined by brother Emilio Estevez, father Martin Sheen, and his mother Janet Sheen, among others. Everyone ordered the salmon, except Martin decided to spring for a hamburger (without any onion). They were very sweet and mellow. The party snacked on kabobs while they waited for their entrees.

The executive Chef, Dakota Weiss of NINETHIRTY at W Los Angeles-Westwood just finished filming the newest season of Top Chef, which airs in early November.

In the new issue of Steppin' Out magazine, Charlie Sheen's ex Goddess (and Penthouse Pet) Bree Olson sits down only with Chaunce Hayden and talks about her new life without Charlie, why she's writing a tell all book, what made her leave Charlie and admits "The Kardashians" are anything but "REALITY" TV.

Bree Olson

I’ve just been relaxing and taking care of things back home. Things are up in the air right now. I don’t know what I’m going to do next, which is a really new feeling because my whole life I knew what the next step would be. But right now, I’m not really sure. I have a photo shoot in L.A. coming up and after that... I really don’t know. I was thinking about getting into mainstream work, but I want to do it the right way. I want to go to L.A. and get an apartment and take acting classes. I want to meet people the right way and go on auditions. Basically, starting from the bottom up... just like everybody else does. I haven’t done anything yet. If I do decide not to do adult movies again, it’s not because I’m against it now or anything like that; I love shooting movies. It’s just that you can’t do adult films and pursue a mainstream career. The two would definitely collide. I’m just going to try and get into mainstream for a year or so. I’m not saying I might not dabble here and there in the adult world. It’s been very much a part of my life for five years, and I have nothing bad to say about it. It’s been great to me and I’ve had so many great experiences. I’m a very sensual and sexual person. That’s the reason I wanted to do it to begin with. So, no matter what happens to me, that will always be a part of me. I just don’t think I’ll be making such a career out of it.

I’m definitely going to write a book. I planned on writing a book for several years. I’ve just been waiting to close this chapter of my life.

So, I gather a big part of the book will be about Charlie.

I don’t really know. Believe me, I’ve had plenty of stuff that has happened in my life that people will definitely want to read! Much of the things between Charlie and I were in the public eye, but my past outside of Charlie wasn’t as public. Let’s just say, yup, there’s going to be a book and it will tell all.

When I first met Charlie, he was very intuitive and respectful of my needs and my wants. He was sensitive and a funny guy. When he asked me to move in, it was just bad timing. The tour had just started and it was constant chaos. It was just way too much for me. It wasn’t something that I wanted. Ironically, that was when other people’s interest peeked and my interest actually started to fade.

I can tell you that I was asked to come in and play the part of a nanny ON "THE KARDASHAINS" and that’s what I did. They told me what to say and what to do. I was told to go outside, smoke a cigarette and stomp it out in the ground. Stuff like that. They even told me to take my top off next to the pool. It was all cut and edited to make it look like the way they scripted it.

So, reality TV is far from reality TV?

I’ve watched some reality TV where I think to myself, “That has got to be real!” But some of those shows you can tell it’s all fake.

I really don’t know. I have no feelings about it. The only time I even think of Charlie is when I’m getting asked about him like right now. I have pushed him so far out of my mind.

Story By: Sara Herbert-Galloway

Ocean 98's Bulldog With Bunny Ranch Owner-HBO
Star Dennis Hof And Buddy Trala

Matt Klarberg With Charlie Sheen And Barry Klarberg

Winner Charlie Sheen With Loser James Edstrom

Sara Herbert-Galloway And Charlie Sheen

Darryl Strawberry With Kedakai And James Lipton

Call him a Sheenius! The devoted followers of Charlie Sheen love his 'Sheenanaghans and Sheenisms'. Here's something you may not know: Barry Klarberg, Charlie's business manager said, "Charlie will be donating One dollar from each ticket sold from his 'My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option Show' to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund". There continues to be a media frenzy surrounding the self proclaimed "Warlock." People are fascinated and can't get enough of him. They are under his 'spell'. One can't turn on a radio, TV or pick up any publication without his name being mentioned.

I attended a meet and greet at Radio City Music Hall after his NYC show and prefer to write about Charlie's loyalty to his fans after what I witnessed first-hand. He made people feel special. I observed the sincere interest Charlie took in each of the people at the meet and greet. He didn't rush them and signed countless autographs, show posters, T-shirts, baseballs, etc. Charlie photographed and chatted with his followers as if he were a regular guy they just met, often asking them about themselves. I feel that he should be commended for his patience and willingness to take a sincere interest in others lives.

James Edstrom's Note: The other night we went to the Charlie Sheen Winning Show and we had a blast. No matter what anyone says, this guy sold out world famous Radio City Music Hall. Now who can do that? I met outside some of my friends, including Artist Sean Paul Ayala, Ocean City Radio star Bulldog and a new friend, HBO's Cat House star Dennis Hof who also owns the world famed Moonlite Bunny Ranch. Famed Ocean City restaurant guru Buddy Trala who owns The Sunset Grille also made the trip to New York City for the show. In fact there were people from all over the world who made the trip to catch Charlie.

In a ultra-private meet and greet, with Darryl Strawberry, James Lipton with his wonderful wife Kedakai, everyone was in great spirits. They loved Charlie. The media can say what they want to say about Charlie Sheen's show, but the end result is the fans love him and they showed it with cheers. The only boos I heard was when Charlie was taking questions from the audience and the audience members asked such stupid questions, everyone booed. They were not aimed at Charlie, they were aimed at the audience members. The fans love Charlie and they showed it by cheering him all through the show.

I talked to Charlie for a while and I told him that night I felt like a loser that night, but he was a winner. He looked at me so seriously and said " Don't say that, you are a winner, Don't ever say that".
You could tell Charlie really cares about the people around him, his fans and his friends. After all my years of hanging and working with celebrities, to me this means winner. It is really rare these days to find a star like this. I think this may come from his father Martin Sheen. When I was young, I used to run into Martin Sheen jogging around Central Park and The Plaza Hotel. Every single time I asked for a photo, Martin would stop, even know I was invading his privacy, and pose for a pic. Then he would ask how I was doing and chat a while. The old saying, The apple does not fall far from the tree I think rings true here.

The media can be vicious to celebrities. I know, I have had covers on every major magazine and newspaper there is. I think one addition to the show should be Charlie reading some of the headlines about him that some of these so-called journalists write. Some of them are so funny and so out of this world. And while you are reading the headlines, you show photos of these tabloid whores. In my 30 years in this business, most of them are celebrity wanna-bees and a good percentage are so ugly, only a mother could love their face. I think it is about time for Charlie to strike back at these people. Charlie did his job on Two And A Half Men. He made Warner Brothers money and gave the public a good show. On his down time he has a right to have fun. None of us are angels and most of all not I. In my old party days, I did it all. I remember one night going to sleep right in the middle of the VIP room at the Limelight, only to be woken up by Grace Jones and River Phoenix looking over me. I got a thousand stories like this. None of us are angels, and perhaps before everyone judges Charlie Sheen, they should judge themselves.

Charlie Sheen

In this weeks Steppin' Out magazine, celebrity gadfly reporter Chaunce Hayden writes that Charlie Sheen better come up with a better way to do business if he wants to keep on WINNING! According to Hayden, Sheen recently reached out to dozens of web TV shows and radio programs around the country to offer free "WINNING" T-shirts to promote his new marketing business/touring schedule. Of course everyone agreed to promote the WINNING T-shirts ... only one problem. Apparently, Charlie sent all the boxes out without any shirts in them. The only thing the disappointed media outlets got were boxes filled with packing paper!

Sheen's rep apologized for the error and promised to resend all the shirts ASAP.

On a side note: It's been confirmed that Charlie Sheen will be making his only official bar appearance in New Jersey of all places! Dragon Fly in Secacus, NJ has confirmed to Hayden that Sheen will make an appearance on April 8th.... Tickets for the event can be purchased on the bar's website! The cost for Charlie to show up at hang out at a bar in Jersey... $65,000 dollars!

NOTE: The owners of DragonFly will appear tonight on Chaunce Hayden's web-TV show at 9pm on

Capri Anderson

(Crying) I can't believe how much I damaged my family and ruined some of their relationships. My sister and brothers have lost friendships trying to defend me and taking offense to what people say about me. It's shocking. I've lost people I've grown up with my whole life. I tried to laugh it off and make light of everything to make it easy on the people around me. But I'm going to tell you something I never told anyone. When everything first happened, I went to California to hide out from the media and I turned on the television and that moment I was ready to stand on the ledge and jump off. It was too much for a young girl. I can't explain the shock of what was happening. There's no way to describe what it's like to be ripped apart by millions of people. My family had to watch that. They saw it all. I really fell apart. I wanted to kill myself. I was very serious about killing myself.

Some of the media has been really cruel and I'm not happy about it. They've made jokes about stealing watching and dropping the word hooker. Even just speaking about the choice of being in the porn industry or being an escort. My profession is no different than a stock broker on Wall Street. I'm professional in all that I do. I have no evil intent. People have crucified me for being a sex symbol at such a young age. But it's in my biological make up to be sexual. If I stole Charlie's watch that night, why didn't he report it stolen when the police arrived? The could have searched me. Why did it take several days after I turned down his money offer to keep quiet?

l wouldn't make a porn movie with Charlie Sheen for a million dollars. I wouldn't do it for any amount of money.

I'm just a funny, witty girl. I do what any other 22 year old girl does. Charlie's offer was so personal and so enticing. He said...."Will you join me at my party with a group of friends." I got to sit next to Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen. My head was swimming. I was smiling and glowing. It was so much fun. Denise Richards was so sweet and nice. The same thing about Charlie. I didn't know about his past. I went out that day and brought a brand new Prada purse that went with my beautiful dress that I wore that evening. I thought, "Charlie Sheen wants me to go to dinner?" I didn't know it was a paid appearance until my agent told me. I couldn't believe I was getting a check in the mail.

I thought Charlie Sheen was good looking when he was younger. Not now. I think so many girls still have that image of him. You don't realize how he looks until you stand next to him. Same thing with how he acts. In the beginning of the evening he was okay. But I saw him change. I loved Denise Richards. So beautiful and charming. But he was so arrogant. Everyone at the table only laughed at his jokes because of the money in his pocket. Sounds cruel to say, but it was true. His so called "friends" are his biggest problem. You want to know what Charlie Sheen is like? Watch "Two and A Half Men". That's Charlie.

I feel that maybe what happened between me and Charlie might save his life. Maybe if I wouldn't have gone that night, maybe his life wouldn't be what it is right now. Maybe on some level I contributed to his recovery because of all the negative press. (cries) I don't want to think about it to be honest. But when you watch TV none of the other girls that he's with are speaking out in the right manner. Everybody is trying to defend him when they should be telling him, "Charlie get it together! You're f**king it up big time!" You got a great life and great kids. You have people that love you. People all over the nation love you. Be into sex. So be it. But don't kill yourself over drugs. You can have all the sex you want!!! Just stop the drug part. But you keep hearing about abdominal pains. Oh, he had an anxiety attack. It's all bullshit! Everybody knows what the f**k he was in the hospital for. Charlie Sheen seems like he's not aware of himself. He has no sense of self. He's become this big character that everybody sees him as. Something went wrong along the way.

Editors Note: Capri sounds like a very nice girl to us. It's a shame she had to see one of the horrors of Hollywood.
