Sarah Palin

We just love the Republican Palin family. Their family values and their religious beliefs  all represent what the Republican party stands for. The Palin's daughter really represents their religious Values by getting pregnant at age 17 and not married. And their son arrested for felony burglary and assault yesterday. Not the first time either. Track Palin was also arrested in January 2016 on domestic violence charges in Wasilla. Palin was charged with assault in the fourth degree, interfering with a domestic violence report, and misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree. Republican values.

The son of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was arrested again and arraigned Sunday on domestic violence charges.

Track Palin, was arraigned Sunday morning on charges of felony burglary, assault in the fourth degree and criminal mischief for causing property damage in Wasilla, Alaska, according to court records. The criminal mischief charge was for causing between $250 and $999 in property damage.

The alleged incident occurred on Saturday, according to the court records, which indicated that all charges were related to domestic violence.

Palin Attorney John Tiemessen said in a statement to NBC News on Sunday. “They ask that the family’s privacy is respected during this challenging situation just as others dealing with a struggling family member would also request.”

Craig Carton

NY DAILY NEWS -- Standing before a federal judge as an accused con man, acid-tongued WFAN morning show host Craig Carton was finally speechless.

The caustic co-star of “The Boomer and Carton Show” said nothing after his early Wednesday arrest for duping investors out of $5.6 million to cover his whopping gambling debts, authorities charged.

“Who do you like in the Pats game tomorrow?” one bystander shouted as Carton, his face hidden by his hoodie, marched mutely from the Manhattan Federal Courthouse to a cab.

Carton and co-defendant Michael Wright redirected some of the funds from their web of deceit to a “Ponzi-like scheme,” reimbursing some investors with money bilked from other victims, according to court papers.

Katt Williams

Rap star and comic Katt Williams is jailed in Atlanta, after police said they arrested the entertainer for allegedly breaking into a home. Williams is charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, according to Coweta County Sheriff's Office Major James Yarbrough. A deputy at the Coweta County Jail confirmed Williams was being held there and that a magistrate was expected to set bond at an arraignment this afternoon. Yarbrough said the Sunday night incident happened at a home in Newnan, about 38 miles southwest of Atlanta. Yarbrough said a homeowner called police around 9 p.m. to report the comedian "gained entry by breaking into the home, and items were taken from the residence." Yarbrough said jewelry was taken, but did not have further details. Meanwhile TMZ is reporting that Lawyer William Briggs told them that Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie, staying at the property of a friend and the movie's producer, Barry Hankerson. Briggs says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barry's employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had "full permission" to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.

O.J. Simpson has been arrested in Las Vegas in connection with a reported armed robbery on Thursday night. Police insiders suggest the former football star-turned-actor faces charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery and armed robbery with a deadly weapon. The arrest comes as Alfred Bearsdley, the victim of the sports memorabilia raid attempts to clear Simpson’s name by claiming the star was "duped" into believing a stash of his memorabilia was to be illegally sold. Simpson and five associates raided Beardsley’s suite at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, pretending to be part of a group interested in buying the memorabilia items, which included the suit the Naked Gun star wore when he was acquitted of the double murder of his wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994.The memorabilia collector/broker claims weapons were brandished at the scene and he and a partner were forced to hand over all the memorabilia they had in the suite at gunpoint. Beardsley initially went on the attack, claiming Simpson "took control" of the raid, but now he accepts the fallen actor was duped by another memorabilia collector, Thomas Riccio, who let him and his associates into the suite, where the robbery took place. Beardsley, who has been transferred from the Palace Station to the Hard Rock Hotel, where he’s staying as a guest of entertainer Jeff Beacher, says, "O.J.didn’t do anything wrong. He was actually kind of duped."Thomas Riccio told him that we were gonna have thousands of photographs there, personal family photographs of the Simpson family, and it was never intended to be there."They (Simpson and associates) couldn’t find the room…. They call Riccio on his cellphone and Riccio told them, `Stay put, I’ll come and get you.’ He walked them all through the front door." Beardsley reveals he and Simpson have spoken about the "misunderstanding" and he claims the star has apologised for his actions. At a press conference on Friday, Las Vegas police confirmed Simpson was helping them with their investigation into the robbery. Another man, Walter Alexander, a longtime friend of Simpson, has also been arrested for conspiracy to commit armed robbery in connection with the alleged raid. He was released on bail early on Sunday. Police have also confirmed they have seized two guns they believe were used in the alleged robbery.Under Nevada law, Simpson faces as much as 30 years in jail if he’s found guilty of armed robbery. He maintains he did nothing wrong, and was simply reclaiming sports memorabilia that belonged to him.

LINDSAY LOHAN was arrested in Santa Monica, California in the early hours of this morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. Cops stopped the star at 2.15am (PCT). It’s the actress’ second DUI arrest in less than a year - just last week she was charged by police for a DUI crash in May and she is due back in court on 24 August to face charges of misdemeanour hit and run and having a blood alcohol level greater than .08. The arrest also comes just a week after the star ended a 45 day spell in rehab. After Lohan - who only reached the legal drinking age of 21 earlier this month - left the Promises Center in Malibu, she vowed to stay sober and has been wearing an ankle bracelet that monitors the wearer’s alcohol intake. A press conference is expected to confirm the reports. Lohan is due to attend the premiere of her new movie I Know Who Killed Me on Wednesday night.

Lindsay Lohan surrendered herself to Beverly Hills police yesterday. The 'Mean Girls' star, who recently completed her rehab program for alcoholism, has been formally booked for DUI (driving under the influence) following her car crash in May. Lindsay arrived at the station with her lawyer at 4.15pm and was released on $30,000 bail an hour later. The 21-year-old star was only booked yesterday because at the time of the accident she was cited - not formally arrested - due to the injuries she sustained in the incident. A court date has been set for August 24. Lindsay crashed her car on Sunset Boulevard on May 26, and a useable amount of cocaine was reportedly found inside the vehicle, although police could not determine who the drug belonged to. Meanwhile, Lindsay's movie career could be in jeopardy as some Hollywood studios are said to be wary of working with her. She was due to start shooting 'Poor Things' alongside Shirley MacLaine after leaving rehab, but set designer Fontaine Beauchamp Hebb revealed the film had been cancelled last week. Hebb wrote in an email: "'Poor Things' has been cancelled. Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but I just received a call from producer Jacky Gilardi pulling the plug on the ill-fated film. Apparently, Ms. Lohan's antics in Las Vegas over the weekend have scared the bond companies and all of the funding has been pulled."Insurers are said to be worried Lindsay - who is wearing an alcohol-monitoring device around her ankle and reportedly taking daily drug tests - won't tone down her wild lifestyle and could arrive late to the set. 'Poor Things' producers declined to comment on the cancellation of the movie.

From officer Paris Hilton to Inmate 69

Paris Hilton's longterm representative Elliot Mintz has confirmed he's parted ways with the socialite, just two days after she was sentenced to a jail term for violating her probation.Hilton, 26, will spend 45 days in a California correctional facility after she was found guilty of violating a probation order and driving with a suspended license in court on Friday. At her hearing, Hilton told Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer that Mintz had repeatedly informed her that her license had been suspended for only 30 days and that she could still drive for work-related matters. Mintz accepts he was partially responsible for the strict sentence through misinformation, and he's left her employment over the error. He tells People magazine, "The day after the hearing, I sent Paris an email expressing my sadness over the ruling of the judge and the irrational sentence he imposed. "In that email (to Paris) I also offered my sincerest apology for any misunderstanding she received from me regarding the terms of her probation. To the extent that I have mis-communicated information I received from her attorneys... I am deeply and profoundly sorry. "I told her that I assume personal responsibility for my part in this matter. "I believe when Paris stated in court that she believed it was OK for her to drive under certain circumstances she was being absolutely truthful. Due to this misunderstanding, I am no longer representing Paris." Mintz adds he bears no ill will toward his client, despite rumors he didn't quit of his own accord but was sacked by Hilton. He says, "For the record, I have nothing but love and respect for Paris and her family. Paris is a wonderful person and does not deserve the punishment that was handed down by the court. I only wish her my best."Meanwhile, Hilton says about her sentence, "I told the truth ... I feel that I was treated unfairly and that the sentence is both cruel and unwanted and I don't deserve this." Hilton will begin her jail stint at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Los Angeles County on June 5.
Question: Then how did Buzz Foto snap you way after the cops informed you of your probation status?

Paris Hilton leaves court with dad Rick Hilton

A judge sentenced party girl Paris Hilton to 45 days in county jail Friday for violating her probation. Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail by June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled. The judge, saying "there's no doubt she knew her license had been suspended," ruled that she was in violation of the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. "I'm very sorry and from now on I'm going to pay complete attention to everything. I'm sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all," she told the judge before he announced the sentence. She was then ordered to report to a women's jail in suburban Lynwood by the set date or face 90 days behind bars. As a city prosecutor said during closing arguments that Hilton deserved jail time, Hilton's mother, Kathy, laughed. When the judge ruled, Kathy Hilton then blurted out: "May I have your autograph?" Paris Hilton was among a series of witnesses who took the stand during the hearing. She testified she believed her license was initially suspended for 30 days and that she was allowed to drive for work purposes during the next 90 days. She said that when an officer who stopped her in January made her sign a document stating her license was suspended, she thought he was mistaken and did not actually look at the document. Also called to the stand was Hilton's public relations guru, Elliot Mintz. Hilton and her attorneys characterized Mintz as a liaison between Hilton and her lawyers. Mintz testified that to his knowledge Hilton did not drive during the 30-day period. He said he then advised her that he believed her license was no longer suspended. The judge called Mintz's testimony worthless and expressed disbelief at Hilton's lawyers. "I can't believe that either attorney did not tell her that the suspension had been upheld," the judge said. "She wanted to disregard everything that was said and continue to drive no matter what." Hilton looked forward and didn't speak to news media as she left court. Her mother looked upset. When a reporter asked what she thought of the judge's decision, a visibly angry Kathy Hilton responded: "What do you think? This is pathetic and disgusting, a waste of taxpayer money with all this nonsense. This is a joke." Defense attorney Howard Weitzman said he would appeal. He said the sentence was "uncalled for, inappropriate and bordered on the ludicrous." "I think she's singled out because of who she is," Weitzman said. Hilton had arrived at the Metropolitan Courthouse 10 minutes late and ignored screams of photographers as she swept in with her attorneys, mother and father, Rick Hilton. Wearing a gray jacket and white shirt over black slacks and with a black headband on, she said nothing and appeared serious. The celebrity case brought an unusual scene to the austere courthouse south of downtown in a commercial area. As if at a red carpet event, dozens of photographers and reporters lined up at the rear entrance. Yellow police tape substituted for velvet ropes. Hilton, 26, pleaded no contest in January to reckless driving stemming from a Sept. 7 arrest in Hollywood. Police said she appeared intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test. She had a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent, the level at which an adult driver is in violation of the law. She was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Two other traffic stops and failure to enroll in a mandated alcohol education program, are what landed the socialite back in court. On Jan. 15, Hilton was pulled over by California Highway Patrol. Officers informed her that she was driving on a suspended license and she signed a document acknowledging that she was not to drive, according to papers filed in Superior Court. Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies stopped Hilton on Feb. 27 and charged her with violating her probation. Police said she was pulled over at about 11 p.m. after authorities saw the car speeding with its headlights off. Mintz said at the time Hilton wasn't aware her license was suspended. A copy of the document Hilton signed on Jan. 15 was found in the car's glove compartment, court papers say. Hilton was also required to enroll in an alcohol education program by Feb. 12. As of April 17, she had not enrolled, prosecutors said. Hilton, heiress to the Hilton Hotel fortune, first gained notoriety for her hard partying as a teen. She attracted worldwide attention when a sex tape she made with a boyfriend was released on the Internet. She stars in the reality-TV series, "The Simple Life," now in its fifth season, with Nicole Richie. She appeared in the 2005 film, "House of Wax" and recently finished filming "The Hottie and the Nottie." She also is a handbag designer and has a namesake perfume.
Meanwhile our friends at Buzz Foto snapped Paris driving around (above left) in April, long after she was pulled over again and informed she was not allowed to drive.

Paris Hilton continues to drive with suspended license
Paris Hilton could face jail over driving charges. The hotel heiress will appear in Los Angeles Superior Court today where prosecutors are set to argue she be jailed for 45 days for driving with a suspended license. In documents filed on Monday lawyer Rockard J Delgadillo also insists he wants the 25-year-old socialite to abstain from alcohol for 90 days and wear a secure continuous remote alcohol monitoring (SCRAM) device. The device would alert the police as soon as an alcoholic beverage passes Paris' lips. Delgadillo claims Paris refused to follow a court order for her to attend an alcohol education program, and is demanding her $240,000 Bentley be impounded for good measure. The hotel heiress pleaded no contest to reckless driving in January and was placed on 36 months probation and ordered to pay fines. But in March she was stopped by police for driving in West Hollywood without her headlights on and was found to be driving with a suspended driver's license. Prosecutors insisted: "These violations demonstrate Hilton's disregard for the vehicle laws of this state."

Punk icon Don Bolles is struggling to clear his name after being arrested with what police are convinced is date-rape drug GHB. The former drummer for The Germs, real name Jimmy Michael Giorsetti, was pulled over in Newport Beach, Calif., for driving with a broken taillight last week, and police searching his van found a bottle of Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap. A field test of the liquid indicated it contained GHB and Bolles was arrested on suspicion of felony narcotics possession. He spent a night in a local police cell and then was transferred to two county jails before his release on Sunday. Bolles maintains his innocence, insisting he has been using the Magic Soap for over 30 years. He tells the Los Angeles, "A date-rape drug is the last thing I need. If anything, I need a way to keep the girls off of me. They make my girlfriend mad." As he prepares to defend himself, the one-time heroin addict has won the support of the manufacturers of his favorite liquid soap. Dr. Bronner's company President David Bronner has agreed to pay for Bolles' legal costs, stating, "The field test must have been flawed or tampered with." Bronner admits police field tests of Magic Soap have occasionally indicated THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, because the soap includes hemp oil. But the GHB findings are "beyond belief."

Rapper Snoop Dogg was charged on Tuesday with sale or transportation of marijuana and possession of a gun by a convicted felon, a case that stems from his October arrest at a Los Angeles airport. The 35-year-old performer, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, could face up to four years in state prison if he is convicted on both charges. He is due in court on Wednesday. Broadus was arrested on October 25 after police at Burbank Airport, near Los Angeles, stopped him for leaving his car too long in a passenger loading area and found a gun and marijuana in his car. Prosecutors said they were unable to prove that the gun found in Broadus' car that day belonged to him, but that a later search of the performer's home turned up another firearm. He is charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm because of his 1990 felony conviction for possession of drugs for sale. In November, Broadus was charged with possession of a deadly weapon after police found him carrying a collapsible baton through security at Orange County's John Wayne Airport. And in March, Stockholm police arrested Broadus for suspected narcotics use.

'Girls Gone Wild' Lindsay Lohan and Joe Francis

The founder of the Girls Gone Wild video empire surrendered to federal marshals early Tuesday on contempt of court charges. Joe Francis, 34, was booked into the Bay County Jail later Tuesday, said Ruth Sasser, a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office."His attorneys continue to work toward a settlement," Kevin Mercuri, a spokesman for Francis, said in a statement e-mailed to The Associated Press. Francis makes an estimated $29 million a year through the videos of girls baring their breasts and in other sexually provocative situations. He surrendered to marshals in Panama City. He drew the contempt order during negotiations in a federal civil lawsuit brought by seven women who were underaged when they were filmed by his company on Panama City Beach during spring break in 2003. Lawyers for the women told U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak that Francis became enraged in the settlement talks, shouting obscenities at the lawyers and threatening to "bury them."Smoak ordered Francis to settle the case or go to jail for his behavior. Negotiations continued with the help of a mediator, but broke down Thursday and Smoak issued the arrest warrant. Francis had been a fugitive since. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta has denied an emergency motion from Francis asking that he be allowed to remain free pending an appeal of Smoak's order. Francis lashed out at Smoak on Thursday, calling him "a judge gone wild" and saying that the judge "had lost his mind."Francis said the women wanted $70 million in their civil suit and that he had countered with "an extraordinary amount of money.""It was to the point where the was girls would never have to work again as long as they live," he said. Francis also said he would settle the case to avoid jail time."I'll give up a billion dollars, but it will be under duress," he said, arguing any money given would be voided in an appeal.

Anand Jon At Fashion Show
Fashion designer Anand Jon was charged with multiple counts of rape and sexual assault involving three alleged victims, Los Angeles County prosecutors said.
Jane Robison, a Los Angeles County district attorney's office spokeswoman, said Jon was charged with six felonies and a misdemeanor for the alleged sexual assaults occurring between October 2004 and March 5, The Los Angeles Times said Wednesday. Beverly Hills, Calif., police on March 6 arrested Jon, who is being held in lieu of $1.3 million bail. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on the New York-based designer, a superstar in his native India.
Jon's attorney, Ronald Richards, said the allegations were made up by models who thought they weren't getting the work they expected. "(What) is going on here is these girls fly in for model jobs after months of dialogue filled with flirtation, they have sexual interaction and if he doesn't put them in the show ... then some time later they claim they had unwanted sex," Richards said. Prosecutors alleged that in October 2004, Jon raped a woman and that this year he committed lewd acts with a 15-year-old. The investigation began after a third woman reported being raped.
