FRANCESCA AGOSTINELLI HELPS WOMEN VIRTUALLY DURING PANDEMIC

Francesca Agostinelli

Dynamic, forward thinking businesswoman and mother, Francesca Agostinelli, has not let the coronavirus pandemic stop the global community she co-founded, NetworkHER, from reaching out to its many members. Becoming an expert in Zooming, the inspiring organization moved to a virtual platform, and has had several well-attended events. "The needs of professional women don't expire because of social distancing," said Agostinelli.

Announcing plans to expand the group's outreach, NetworkHER is now forming “Her Foundation," which will seek to amplify support of professional women and attract institutional and business community impact for their efforts. Despite the global lockdown, Mrs. Agostinelli has attracted several equally accomplished women to her network... albeit virtually. She says,“ the pandemic has created an opportunity for us to assert our leadership skills in the virtual workplace while also managing busy households in this very uncertain climate of the lockdown.”

Robert And Francesca Agostinelli

Francesca and her husband Robert Agostinelli reside between Florida and Europe, and like many of us, have been locked down for many months. As a devoted and caring mother of now three beautiful daughters, she has, like so many of her contemporaries, full-time maternal demands, yet remains convinced that this maternal grace is a source of inspiration for all of the women in NetworkHER who are also so passionately engaged in their careers and very active in their home life too. Following her few months of maternity break, Francesca is anticipating to return to her work as a television personality, with a focus on empowering women to be all they can be.

Additionally, she will continue her work in the Robert F. Agostinelli Foundation, where she is expecting to launch an initiative in support of women in the military service. The Foundation is already a longtime supporter of the renown Bush Institute Veterans Leadership Program, as well as several other veteran organizations, and plans to work closely to assist female service members and their families.
