Philanthropist Jean Shafiroff knows how to dazzle a crowd. All eyes were on Jean as she entered the NY Botanical Winter Wonderland Ball wearing a spectacular red and white striped candy cane couture gown on Friday, December 13,2019. The popular philanthropist and style icon's dress was designed by Victor dE Souza and is a one-of-a kind piece. When asked about the different spectacular gowns she wears, Jean Shafiroff smiled and replied, "I love fashion and plan to donate my ball gown collection to a museum one day. In the meantime , I am enjoying the experience of wearing them.
