 Union Burger Bar is an exciting new addition to Southampton’s dining scene, located in the iconic Bowden Square. The restaurant extension sits adjacent to its contemporary Mexican sister restaurant, Union Cantina, and offers an assortment of specialty gourmet burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, maniacal milkshakes & desserts and an elaborate craft beer and small batch bourbon selection. Restaurateur and owner Ian Duke with award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf are excited to introduce this new culinary offering to the year-round dining staple of Southampton, NY. Union Burger Bar is first come, first served, no reservations, so make sure to arrive early as this instant classic fills up fast during both lunch and dinner.

The spacious and casual dining room has seen some recent renovations, but the new Union Burger Bar is the biggest in the past year. The Burger Bar menu is rich in variety and slathered with flavor. Well-regarded for their fresh Colorado Beef burgers that also are hormone, anti-antibiotic and additive free, the burger bar is dedicated to environmental sustainability. Specials include the Coopers Beach 8 oz black Angus beef burger with avocado, bean sprouts, pineapple marmalade, lettuce, tomato on a multi-grain bun; the Black & Bleu 8 oz black Angus beef burger with bleu cheese, applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato, caramelized walnut crumble on a brioche bun; and the Mac Attack! 8 oz black Angus beef burger with homemade mac & cheese, onion hay, on a pretzel bun.

The restaurant also offers a selection of delectable sides and salads, including Scotty's Award-Winning Chili topped with onions & melted cheddar; Truffle Fries topped with parmesan cheese; and Health Nut salad with romaine & kale mix, hearts of palm, sweet corn, heirloom tomato, avocado, toasted pumpkin seeds, oregano lime vinaigrette. On the shakes menu, diners can enjoy dessert-like drinks such as the Big Blue Bunny shake with rainbow sprinkle frosted rim, vanilla milkshake, topped with a Blue Bunny ice cream cone, whipped cream, more sprinkles & a cherry; the Not Sorry shake with Nutella, Reece's pieces frosted rim, peanut butter milkshake, whipped cream, & Reece's peanut butter cups; and the boozy Strawberry Shortcake shake with Strawberry milkshake, pinnacle strawberry vodka, fresh strawberries, whipped cream.

Union Burger Bar also offers daily specials which include: Tap & App Specials All Night on Mondays & Tuesdays, Barrister's Summer Wednesdays featuring the Burger & Fries Special for $9.95, Burger and a Beer Special on Thursdays where guests get their first beer at half price with the purchase of a burger, and Sunday Shakes featuring Half Price Classic Milk Shakes (2:00 pm – 6:00 pm) and $5 Kids Meals all night long (with purchase of adult burger meal). Daily Lunch Specials are also available in house only Monday to Friday from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm, featuring the Classic 5 oz American Cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato on a Martins Potato Roll and served with choice of hand cut fries or a side salad.

Union Burger Bar is prepared to lead the 2019 Hamptons dining scene with their new finely crafted burgers, and keeping with tradition, Executive Chef Scott Kampf is prepared to serve up the next, potential award-wining dish. In 2018, Union Cantina won the “Best of the Best” awards for “Best Taco”, “Best Margarita”, “Best Happy Hour Bar” and “Best Mexican Cuisine” from leading Hamptons publication, Dan’s Papers. Award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf, previously featured on Food Network’s Iron Chefs of America, received the Gold distinction for “Best Chef”, while House Mixologist Brady received the silver distinction for “Best Bartender”.
