Los Angeles' fashion elite came out to celebrate the launch of UK Style by French Connection at Hollywood's newest hot-spot Lexington Social House. The new clothing line (available in over 500 Sears stores across the United States) is a brilliant collection of fun, affordable, Brit-inspired fashion. Stars including Nikki Reed, Nicky Hilton, Louise Roe, Jaime King, and Mena Suvari wore pieces from the exciting new line and supermodel Agyness Deyn even flew in to attend the soiree wearing a piece from the collection as well. Nikki Reed gushed about the line saying "I think the collection is great! I didn't grow up with a lot of money and I think it's awesome that the UK Style by French Connection clothes are cute and affordable." British-born Louise Roe (dressed in floral leggings, a flowing navy blue lace top and gold bolero jacket; all from the collection) noted that "Brit girls are very edgy and aren't afraid of taking risks; the collection really shows that and it's great that UK Style by French Connection is edgy and affordable." One of the more popular outfits of the night was a UK Style by French Connection sequin cheetah dress that both Nicky Hilton and Jaime King wore, posing for photos together and joking about how funny it was that they wore the same outfit. Guests nibbled on passed hors d'oeuvres from Lexington Social House that were created especially for the evening by celebrity-chef Mette Williams and sipped on champagne while admiring UK Style by French Connection's amazing array of sequined dresses, high fashion jumpsuits, chambray tops, and fabulous new basics that are sure to be a hit with any self-proclaimed fashionista. "I've heard so much about Lexington Social House. I can't wait to try it out, the food is going to be exceptional!" Jaime King told a friend. Steak tartare on grilled crostinis and smoked salmon with dill, lemon, and olive oil were a few favorites of the night as were the confit duck riettes and house made ricotta with fig chutney and rosemary. The collection can be found at UKStyle.com and at over 500 Sears stores nationwide. Lexington Social House is set to open its doors in the upcoming weeks.
