Only a couple of days after the very early death of Johnson and Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, her alleged fiancee Tila Tequila had a standoff today with the Los Angeles Police Department. Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips were at Johnson's L.A. home, Radaronline.com and TMZ are both reporting. The fight was about the late Johnson's elderly poodle, Zoey. Radar reports that Hilton and Phillips, both friends of Johnson's, arrived at Johnson's home to fetch Zoey for a sad errand: to put him in to sleep in order to be buried with her owner. The dog, a source claims to Radar, "is in very bad health. Casey would want the dog buried with her." But Tila, attached to Zoey herself, "called 911 on the couple, claiming they were trying to break into the property." It was later reported that Hilton and Phillips departed with the dog, along with some of Johnson's personal belongings and Tila "stood screaming," Radar says. The daughter of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson and heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, the 33 year old Casey was found dead around 11:51 a.m. in her L.A. home Monday. Her final cause of death -- no foul play is suspected -- will be deferred following toxicology tests. Tila Tequila announced their engagement in early December. Tila wrote on Twitter Tuesday, "I can't stop these haunting visions of her and I...We made such a lovely couple, only beginning to spend the rest of our lives together.

Editors Update: As we write this, Tila is twittering away about the dog and Casey. Here is my opinion. Even if the dog has a few days or years to live, He deserves to live. If this animal gave Tila happiness, the dog should have stayed with Tila. What right does anyone have to take a animals life if it is not necessary. If the dog was sick, wouldn't it be nice for Tila to care for it in it's last days? I think any caring human would want it this way, and I think Casey would have wanted Tila to have to dog. Shame on Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips. Shame shame shame!
