Philadelphia Eagles Michael Vick might have thrown a touch down pass the other day, but you can bet "Big Bang Theory's" Kaley Cuoco wasn't cheering. The stunning actress tells Chaunce Hayden in the new issue of Steppin' Out magazine how she really feels about the convicted NFL dog killer. ON MICHAEL VICK:
I can't even talk about it, it makes me so sick. I was listening to the radio the other day and they were asking fans how they feel about Michael Vick being back in the NFL. This may sound funny, but it's not, they were also asking people, “Would you let Michael Vick take care of your dog?” All of these people were saying, “Yes.” Like he's some huge icon. I was so shocked I almost got into a car accident listening to it. He did pay his dues and I appreciate that, but I don't think he should ever have been allowed to play in the NFL. I'm totally on the extreme side, but to cheer him on like he's some freaking icon who is so wonderful to our community is absurd. I know he's a football player and I try to separate my feelings. I know that's what he does. But his name makes me want to throw up. I saw someone the other day wearing his jersey. How sickening. I'm being honest with you. I'm trying to have an open mind, but I just can't hold back. It's horrible what he did. The NFL is basically promoting that you can get away with killing animals. He paid his dues and now nobody seems to care. It's like everyone forgot what he did. It's like it's no big deal. I think it's absolutely sick.
ON GERMS:
I've become a bit of a germophob and it's hard to be that way around people that don't know you. They look at you as an actor and they think you're kind of a snob. But I don't like touching. I'm very weird about it. I won't take the nuts out of the bowl. In the studio half the people are sick and it's cold. There are illnesses going around constantly. It's not like I'm walking around with gloves on, but I've been known to be a tad germophobic.
