Miley Cyrus Pop star Miley Cyrus has canned her tomorrow nights concert in Omaha, Nebraska after struggling through recent shows with a very sore throat. Miley has hit the road with her Wonder World Tour last month, and all the gigs have started taking their toll on her health and voice. During a concert in Salt Lake City, Utah on Tuesday, Miley was forced to take a 15-minute break to seek medical attention backstage. Yesterday Miley took to her Twitter.com blog to ask fans to stay positive ahead of her gig in Omaha. She wrote, "Keep your fingers crossed Omaha. John Travolta The paramedic accused of attempting to extort $25 million from Hollywood star John Travolta was convinced the actor had "intentionally killed" his teenage son, according to the actors attorney. Tarino Lightbourne and his lawyer, former Bahamian Senator Pleasant Bridgewater, are on trial in Nassau facing charges of conspiracy to extort millions from the star, following Jett Travolta's death from a fatal seizure in January. Travolta’s attorney Michael McDermott took the stand today to testify, and revealed the details of the bribery plot the defendants approached him with. At the center of the case is a Refusal of Treatment/Transportation form, which releases the medics from liability, that the actor had signed after requesting the paramedics drive the family to the airport. **** ALLEGED EXTORTION OF LATE NIGHT HOST **** David Letterman Late night television host David Letterman will admit on Tonight's show that he had sexual relationships with female employees and that someone tried to extort money from him over the affairs. During the taping of his CBS late-night show in New York City today, Letterman discussed receiving a threat to either pay $2 million or risk the affairs being made public. In a press release from the shows producer, Letterman said he referred the matter to the Manhattan district attorney's office and that an investigation ended in an arrest sometime today. Letterman did not identify the person he said was arrested over the matter. As part of the case, Letterman said in a release that he testified before a grand jury and acknowledged sexual relationships with members of his late night staff. CBS spokesman Chris Ender says "Letterman's comments on the broadcast tonight speak for themselves."

Only days after announcing the dates for the concert tour that was supposed to start next month, the tour was canceled. The news was announced today by Live Nation.. The tour promoter says refunds will be issued. The name of the tour was to be "Fame Kills." Emma Watson British actress Emma Watson appeared "quite shaken" after students from the rival university Harvard stalked her during a recent football match, according to New York gossip column PageSix . The Harry Potter star, who attends Brown University, in Rhode Island, was at a game between the two schools on Saturday afternoon, but security guards had to surround her to protect her from harassment from the crowd. Harvard's student magazine The Voice targeted Watson and posted a blog on its Web site stating supporters would try to draw as much attention to her as possible. Public relations powerhouse Mary Moyer arranged for us to stay in the new Chairman Towers room, which we watched being built on our past visits, and we experienced the ultimate luxury stay. The views were to die for, and the bathroom was a adventure in itself. They were all marble, with seating areas and they were like a whole room by itself. My vacation partner on this expedition was super model John Brand, and he set up all our computers in there, so as I rested, he would not bother me, and believe me, he loved it in there. He had everything he needed, desk, chair, phone, and his favorite, mirrors to see how super he was. The casino was wonderful, with so many new machines, I could not decide what to play first. "Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon's family home for any reason. Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis may lose his mansion after refusing to pay back an outstanding gambling debt, according to a Media reports. The troubled video king, has been ordered to pay off a $2 million debt to Las Vegas mogul Sam Wynn’s casino resort, Wynn Las Vegas. During a court deposition in February, Francis was accused of disrespecting the legal proceedings by passing wind while testifying and refusing to admit whether he had a cell phone on him. And when he was asked if he could understand English during the proceedings, he read aloud the Fifth Amendment from the Bill of Rights, which allows him to refuse to testify, from a card handed to him by a attorney. Lawyers for the gambling mecca have argued Francis had improperly used the Fifth Amendment and, as a result, District Judge Michelle Leavitt ruled in favor of the casino and ordered Francis to pay the $2 million debt.
