RANDY QUAID FAILS TO SHOW UP IN COURT

Troubled actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have failed to show up in court to face burglary charges for a third time. The weird pair was a no-show in court in Santa Barbara, California on Thursday. Extradition papers, that will force the Quaids out of Texas, are being prepared, according to TMZ.com. The couple has been charged with defrauding Santa Barbara's San Ysidro Ranch hotel by taking off without paying a $10,000 bill. They face felonies for burglary, conspiracy and defrauding an innkeeper.
