THE PYRAMID CLUB IS NO PLACE FOR ZOMBIES

We got a few calls last night from pissed off clubbers who went to the Pyramid Club in New York City on Thursday night. In the old days, we would once and a while end up there. Usually on a bad night out on the town. Our friend, up-and-coming model John Brand saw a listing on his favorite website Vampire Freaks. The ad said 3 bucks to get in before 11pm and 6 dollars after. He headed down there with his friend Aaron, and the doorman demanded the full cover, even know it was before 11pm. They asked to speak to the manager and they were denied. Now we do know who is at fought here. The promoter and the club. He advertised this all over the Internet saying it was 3 bucks. Said you must print out the flyer and bring it down to the club. The clubs website says 6 bucks. Says a Metal Zombie Night. When I got the call from Brand, he was upset. He walked all the way from Times Square to have some fun in the club that was 18 and older that night. I know, it's only 3 bucks more, but these are teens and they did not have much money on them. Just enough to get into the club and money to get home. I tried to call the club. Got a recording. The recording said 3 bucks to get in before 11pm. I pushed every button to try to speak to someone real. Only the recording wanted to speak to me. Brand gives his friend his money to go in. Brand walks back to Times Square all the way from Ave A in downtown New York City. We think it sucks that the club and promoter lured all these people down there only to try to charge them more money. We think it sucks that the doorman was so mean to these kids and would not let them speak to the manager. So beware at what you get at The Pyramid Club. It might be more than Zombies !
