RIHANNA WILL NOT ATTEND COURT HEARING

Pop star Rihanna will not be attending court for the latest Chris Brown hearing tomorrow, because she's happy with the restraining order against him. Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra is insisting his client won't be a part of court hearings in Los Angeles California, where Brown will be sentenced for his attack on her in February. At a past hearing, a judge placed a level one protective restraining order against Brown, insisting the singer must stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna and keep a distance of 10 yards from her if they attend the same event. Reports suggest there will be no changes to the order in court on Wednesday. Etra tells HollyScoop.com, "A level one order is sufficient for my client. The order will require Chris to not molest, annoy, or harass Rihanna. Since the inception of the case, we've always believed that that's the only order required."
