TOM CRUISE BUYS HOME IN ENGLAND

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have bought a home in England. According to reports, the newlyweds, who are currently honeymooning on a yacht in the Maldives, have splashed out $4.75 million on a six-bedroom cottage in Dormans Park, just outside London. Tom and Katie, who have a seven-month-old daughter, Suri, together, already have a Beverly Hills mansion and an eight-bedroom retreat in Colorado. The couple married in Italy on November 18 at a lavish ceremony. Guests included Jennifer Lopez, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith,Victoria Beckham and Jim Carey. Tom reportedly had to wear a girdle on his wedding day so he could fit into his tuxedo. The 'Top Gun' actor is said to have put on so much weight in the run-up to his nuptials he needed help fitting into his Armani suit. A source at Armani said:"Tom packed on around twenty pounds in the past few months before the big event. He says he's a 'nervous eater'."Tom wanted to look svelte so he didn't protest when Giorgio suggested girdling his midsection so the jacket would fall properly. The corset was sewn into Tom's undergarment.">It matches his girly underwear !
